Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service to Hagi Bus Center, but only to Higashi-Hagi Station. Had a nice kitchen (with dishes, toaster, nepresso machine, hot water kettle. Each room had a a/c-heater unit. Beds were comfortable. Washer and heat dryer - luxury in Japan, but much appreciated! Detergent provided as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Close to Castle town walking distance as well as eateries. Would stay here again!
