The hotel does not give a feel-good feeling as they don't serve meals. There is a limited staff. Toiletries and water are given only after demanding. Rooms were not blocked even after booking in advance on mmt. Kept the guest waiting when reached the hotel. Hygiene and cleanliness are ok. Staff are polite

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

The hotel is showing its age. But the staff are courteous and respond quickly, the water in the bathroom is hot, the bed is big and comfortable, and the river view from our elite suite was great.
Breakfast was average for this type of accommodation. The highlight was the daily rearrangement of the cutlery.
Cleanliness could be better. TV and internet could be improved. But overall, not bad for a budget hotel.

The property is located at very close proximity to main road. Soul curry has authentic sea food and variety of cousins. The rooms specious and very clean. The staff is very prompt. Must stay here when in goa. Real value for money.

This place is very safe and relaxing. Its away from all chaos of typical goan touristic areas and is located in the heart of city. Close to miramar beach and all well known restaurants. I loved my stay felt like home. Thankyou btw staff is very polite and helpful.

The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel.
One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa.

赵赵3/4 stars, very good, close to the beach. But the beach is like that. There are no fruit stalls, supermarkets, etc. around. Walk for half an hour to those piers, cruise casinos. Take a taxi, ( Negotiation) paid 700 rupees to the Church of Mercy. Burst 300 rupees

JJames MonsterMy checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

点点着灯笼的脚The bunk bed in the room is very close to the fan, it is easy to hit the head and feel very dangerous. The breakfast is very simple, bread slices, coffee. The nearby attractions are not interesting, the churches and museums are very small.

GGuest UserAlthough i had booked a deluxe double room for my stay, i was provided a small single room instead. This is when i informed them after checking in the room first they told me that the single room is a deluxe double room then they logically agreed that it is not a deluxe double room and they started trying to shift me in relax double room. . But since it was too late to complete this task and by then i had used the single room, i did not shift to the deluxe double room. They should provide exactly that room to its customer has booked without any deviation.

GGuest Userthe property is located in a rather peaceful lane and above a charming café in panjim. it is a short walk to get to the main thoroughfare ***** the river and so this makes it an accessible and peaceful stay all at once. the staff were helpful and polite even when i landed way earlier for my check in. they gave me an empty room to freshen up while the other rooms were getting cleaned and ready. the breakfast was quite functional and not great. it was made and kept that the parathas or the omelettes were too cold. they can improve this with some cut fruits and better coffee. or they can offer boiled eggs and parathas that is kept warm. but overall this was a pleasant stay and i was immensely pleased.
