Location and food were good, but the hotel staff and management need much more improvement in service, any service was not done by staff by calling them once. I remembered them 4 to 5 times for each service, then it happens finally. Hotels infrastructure need renovation and proper maintenance, that was not seen by me. Rooms were big, that was only positive point i found, otherwise need much more improvement in maintenance and service.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit. While my previous experience was rated as good, i found my recent visit to be average. This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits can meet the standards we have come to expect.

This hotel is average , not bad, not good. They do not sever food, breakfast , tea timely, tea without sugar is main issue. Staff is very nice, polite, cleanness not bad, bathroom clean is not good, wet & dry area mixup, need to be maintenance. Location is No.1, Carl is very good. I gave slight below 3star. I suggest hotel arrange serve tea & like simple toast round the clock or very early morning.We face this issue.

GGuest UserExcellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe staff of the hotel was very good my booking was third party and I got the last room on the road side and as I had an exam the next morning the road noise disturbed my sleep. So, on my request, they gave me a room in the middle and changed it, few hotels take care of such things.

GGuest UserI use the google maps to to reach the destination, the stay was comfortable. I find one thing strange that didn't explain about the wi. Fi password and was a little difficult, to figure out all the amenities in the room beside this. I like the hotel very much. And i would recommend for sure

GGuest UserClean room and bathroom, central location, courteous staff and well maintained property. Overall a pleasant stay and reasably priced property. Morning tea was delicious. The high rating of 4. 8 is justified. Pro tip : if you want peace, avoid the balcony room. The room at the back were very peaceful. Staff was very supportive with parking as well as room selection. GGuest UserI stayed here for 1 night in February and the best part was the hospitality. Mr Sunil and the team were amazing with assisting throughout with the requirements or recommendations.
The check in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious and the linen and wash room are clean too.
Its a close proximity to Dwarka station (0.5km) and easily accessible. It's actually a walkable distance with out heavy baggage.
The temple is around 1.km and i walked to the temple. One could find a lot of Autorickshaw to travel around as the hotel is just next to the road into the lane though.
The negative side is there is no restaurant for except Tea and Coffee but the restaurants are in a close proximity of around 0.5km. Also there is no elevator and keep in mind to ask for rooms in the first floor for the elderly people travelling.
Overall i really enjoyed the stay at a reasonable price from MMT.

GGuest UserHad a good experience. Hotel located in proper market place. Restaurants/temples/shopping area everything at walking distance. Just one negative hotel restaurant pics are shown in the search but it's usually shut only breakfast is served rest the whole day it is closed.

GGuest UserHotel is good, stayed in room no 406. Plumbing fittings to be replaced. Shower had leakage. Holes of health faucet are clogged. Ac couldn't be controlled. So we had to turn off during the midnight. Rest everything is fine. Super breakfast and hospitality.
