Best Guwahati Hotels

Got the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.

Actually as i'm regular guest of rialto i just want to remind that whenever we stay in hotel rialto laktokia, ghy, each and every-time we get horrible smell from bathroom which my wife sometime skip hotel rialto. So please note that because it's not only once but many time. Thank you

The room and bathroom were not completely clean. We had to ask for towels and other necessary items like soap, sampoo, brush etc. As our room was close to the house keeping room it was very disturbing even at night. Breakfast was worst as there were very few veg options and the taste was also not good. butter which they provided for making bread butter was also expired. The outside view from our room was also very bad. I'm only giving a 3 star because whenever i call for room service and house keeping they immediately respond but i hope they could have done these things without asking for.

Basic amenities are not there like lift. It was mentioned premium city view rooms but rooms are very normal. Normal things like water kettle is available but for tea, sugar sachet you have to request. Glass is also not available. Renovation work going on so foods are also not available of the choice.

We book one room for one night at hotel viswanathan. The staffs are very helpful, room was clean & this property is well connected to guwahati city. Food in the restaurant was tasty but need more improvement. Overall experience was satisfactory!

It was a lovely property. Far from the city crowds and accessible to all basic needs at the same time. The stay was very clean and maintained. The receptionist was also very polite and very responsive. Also the breakfast was good

The hotel location is slightly different from usual transit points or tourist hotels, but convenient in the city to travel about. Room ambience is ok, little bit of old world charm, a small pool - hardly functional, food is good but service is little slow.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all
