Overall our stay was good. The rooms are clean. The hotel has ample parking space. The food at the hotel restaurant is tasty. The breakfast spread is satisfactory. Location wise, the hotel is approachable from the various areas of the city.

Hotel room is okay! but room service is not good! we asked for complimentary breakfast, we were told that they don’t have restaurant and will serve breakfast from outside hotel!
morning we were served ice cold idlis, cold sambar, heavy oily ( oil with bad smell) a loo paratha ! also tea served was not hot !
spoiled our mood in the morning inspite of paying advance money!
i will not recommend this hotel at all !

actually we are the oldest customers of sai palace budget hotel, shirdi going since 2007 and we like the place, but somehow this time it was different, bathroom was not up to the standard, tv not functioning, blanket was not washed properly, asked for white bedsheet but they forgot even after reminding them 4 times and at last went myself to reception and asked for it. water in the bathroom taps were very slow. did not expect from our fav hotel. may be it’s time to change the hotel 🏨 😔

I had a great stay at sai smaran hotel in shirdi. It’s very close to the sai baba temple, which is super convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it a nice place to relax after visiting the temple. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re visiting shirdi.

GGuest UserMy mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil !
They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram.
What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused.
Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal.
Highly recommended.

From the warm welcome at the reception to the yummy food prepared by the Chef - to the meticulous efforts of the housekeeping team, every moment of my stay was marked by very good hospitality.
The Housekeeping Supervisor, Mr. Mungase, demonstrated a level of professionalism and attention to detail that truly set the tone for a delightful experience. His leadership undoubtedly reflects in the exceptional service provided by the team, consisting of Dada, Nilesh, Pandurang, Arjun, and Shard.

Wwoodscom馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。
壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住
