"Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify.
Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style.
There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in.
Check out was fast"

"This hotel just far better then I expect. The service for checking was much accurated as during checking, they give option what type of room: Smocking or Non-smocking. So it’s really suited.
On the other hand they have free taxi delivery from hotel to airport. The free cost only 10 Am and afternoon 3/4 PM. So if you go at that time they will bring you to airport without any cost. If you go other than that time they will cost you."

"The washbasin was blocked and it was full. The toilet and shower floor were separated by bricks. The shower had floor drain. There was no floor drain on the toilet side, which was easy to accumulate water. It was very troublesome. DDebiiqbalI stayed at the M1 Residence on my recent trip to Jakarta and I was very impressed. But it's a shame that the walls and edges of the floor are very dirty, especially the part on the wall above the head... in the photo the application still looks good, in reality it's already dirty... then when I want to to the airport, there's no shuttle from Aeropolis to TOD M1... the security guard's statement doesn't have a shuttle, even though it's already a week after Eid 🥲

LLingkongfeiqiThe elevator house is like a large apartment with many rooms. There are cabinets, chairs, tables, small bedside tables, a very old TV and a small refrigerator. I don't know how to adjust the hot water. It disappears after a little washing. There are some ants. The air conditioner remote control needs to be pressed hard to respond. The price is cheap, but the bed is too smelly. The mattress, pillow and quilt all smell. It's like mold and the smell of oil and mold after sleeping for a long time without washing and drying. The pillow core, quilt core and mattress all have this smell. It smells even stronger when you take off the pillowcase. I asked the waiter to help me change the pillow, but he took it away and brought it back, saying that there was no more. It was intact, but the pillowcase was sprayed with perfume and given to me again. I used my clothes as a pillow when I slept, and barely covered myself with the quilt. I couldn't stand it. I really don't know if it has been used for decades or what. In fact, the furniture inside is quite complete. It would be good as long as the whole set of bedding is thrown away and replaced with new ones.

JJuan Salvador (San Juan)The only problem is they just send guest random room. Some guys not even smoking but they just send it too smoking room, can’t stand with the smelling of cigarettes.
The other problem have to consider; there is no internet in the room.
