"The breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰"

"The hotel was very nice. The room was huge by UK standards and very clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower, both of which were ample for my height (5’10). The girl at the reception was very polite and helpful as was the service at breakfast. The breakfast was good, options for both cold and hot. Would certainly stay again. Location is near open park areas, I did walk from the station and it was certainly doable (took about 20 minutes) if not super-convenient. Would stay again."

"Convenient location in workingham, next to a large supermarket. Reding is a 20-minute drive away, which is convenient. Will stay again. There is a parking machine in the hotel from 9 pm to 9 am free, overtime to pay, you must pay attention to the parking fee! There is a fine for mistakes."

"Room is not bad though I requested for a quieter room I can actually hear people next room and outside corridor. I can hear doors being shut or being slammed. Got woken by the shower twice in the night like turning itself on/leaking badly for a couple of minutes. Reported to the receptionist in the morning as I checked out and wasn’t sorry about being disturbed by the shower twice."

"行程最熱的一天，入住這家酒店兩晚。第一天非常不滿意，前台印度裔的小姑娘給安排了一間沒有空調的房間，電風扇還是壞的。酒店當晚還有婚禮，一直鬧到晚上1點。我到凌晨2點才睡着。我們房間一直是用一個垃圾桶頂着門透氣。到了快5點我下樓外面比房間裏的空氣新鮮多了。真想露宿外面了。當天早晨前台的Daniallia非常非常專業，瞭解清楚我的超不滿意後給升級了套房，算彌補了。但是還是忘了幫我們把行李送到我們房間，答應了的。這家酒店總體最大的問題是人手不夠。酒吧服務整天就一個人服務，已經工作到焦頭爛額了。這家酒店是歷史名宅，可惜了管理層和owner的種種問題影響了體驗。好在他們有Daiallia的聰慧機智可愛挽回了顏面。我還想提的是他們的園丁Phill，在這個大房子和大公園服務了26年了，和我分享了很多這房子的故事。一位非常友好可親的英國大爺。他也是我將來再會入住的原因。希望酒店管理層能有所改進，人手增加。否則真的是配不上這棟如此美麗的歷史豪宅和無敵大花園的。"

"There was a mix up with the description of the hotel amenities in the app....the travelodge visited did not have a bar/restaurant also the hotel had not gone through modernisation renovations so lack of USB and mains ports"

"A really pleasant and enjoyable experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were a good size and the food was very good. Spa facilities were really relaxing and Rebecca, the masseuse, was very good, would highly recommend her. We were also booked in for an afternoon tea which was delicious and the scones were syill warm and yummy and the glass of bubbly just washed it all down really nicely! I would defo go back and recommend to family and friends."
