"Boutique hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the location is very good, very close to CLC, it is very convenient to go to the town, I will definitely choose to stay next time."
"Spacious room. Quiet. Short distance to Cheltenham Spa train station. Very close to Waitrose.
However, no phone signal when in the room. We had to use Hotel wifi which is extremely slow."

"Always a pleasant experience at No131, love the breakfast smoothies! Missed the bath this time but the staff explained how to ensure the next booking it is included."
"The room is not big, but the service staff is very friendly. The lights are very warm and the bed is very comfortable. It is close to CLC school and just opposite. It is a good place to stay with your children. It is also very close to the store square. It is 20 minutes walk from the cheltenham SPA. Minutes to the hotel."
"I was very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel garden was beautifully maintained and the rooms we booked were clean. Because there were 8 of us, the restaurant opened a room for us. The dinner was delicious. I personally liked the lamb chops. The service charge was more than 400 per person. The breakfast was good. In addition to the public area, you can also order. It was very pleasant to stroll around the nearby Lower Strau Village in the early morning."
"The room is nice, but the elevator is broken. The waiter has a good attitude and helps to mention the door of the room. It is the best hotel for visiting the school"

"The bed is very comfortable, and if you need it, you can change the sheets in three days. Someone cleans it every day, which is great. On the day of check-in, we will prepare milk bread and some fruits for you. Check in is the main room of the hotel. Personally feel that the facilities are a bit old, not as fresh as the picture. The kitchen supplies prepared can only be used for simple European-style meals, and Chinese-style dishes are reluctant. The washing machine had to complain about it, it was very dirty, there was hair and dirt, but it was useless."

Great
PPBBLIUA very lovely cottage! New, impeccably clean, and comfy. It is close to the town centre of Bourton on the Water, convenient even for those who are not arriving by car. The breakfast was in good portions and was delicious especially the scrambled eyes. It was the best breakfast I had throughout my 2 weeks in the UK.
Cotswold is a beautiful area that deserves to be explored on foot if weather permits. I regret that I had only scheduled a 2-night stay, look forward to visit again
GGuest UserThis was an excellent hotel. Service was great. From James in reception who welcomed us with professionalism and warmth & tips to visit, to the restaurant staff who were helpful and responsive. The chef was great - food was tasty and to a great standard. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We had an awesome and restful stay. Our dog enjoyed the bed and treats as well as walks in the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will make tgis hotel an regular on our list.
MMartin ElsenderThe hotel is dated and the floorboards creak everywhere.
Feels I bit like and old persons nursing home.
But the staff were excellent, every single one of them.
Stayed in a double suite… nice enough but that ain’t not suite. We had supper in the Lakeside restaurant on site which was good and reasonably priced but it was cold in the room and the food took ages to arrive… even though I only had a Caesar Salad !!
Anyway, we decided not to bother with breakfast but check out as well as check in was faultless.
The Spa / leisure club were quite simply dismal. The pool was Arctic cold, changing rooms “snug” and loungers awful.
MMing KeiOverall, the breakfast was OK. Although there were few choices, I had enough to eat. The location is good, there are large shopping malls and restaurants opposite, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. There is also a large supermarket in isolation. The room is nice, but the lighting is too dark. Sound insulation equipment is relatively poor.
GGuest UserThe Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings.
What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit.
The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations.
The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities.
Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.
朱朱Location is good, very close to the town centre. The English Manor Hotel is very welcoming and comfortable, with a large lawn and wide view. The hotel not only has English billiards, but also a Michelin restaurant, which is very delicious. The rooms are large and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and the garden is full of flowers. The most recommended is the hotel's own wine, which is very delicious and sweet and sour.
KKukiMakStaff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and very clean, although as it was close to the spa you could smell a bit of chlorine but this disappeared quickly. We also used the spa after we checked out - it had a hot tub, sauna, steam room and swimming pool so had all the amenities.
Only downside was the corridors - could do we a bit of a refurb.
GGuest UserFrom outside looked scruffy and uncared for inside was fine althoug8evening meal was
a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around
Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress.
