Sunday lunch I booked a table at the new restaurant at Weston Hall and I was not disappointed at all. The environment was quiet and relaxed and the staff were charming and friendly. We had the Sunday lunch which was a little expensive but worth the money. We opted for the pork which was accompanied by yorkshire pudding, veg and roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips. We ordered the side of cauliflower cheese and cheesey mash. All the food we had was delicious and there was plenty. We also enjoyed a desert each and left the restaurant feeling extremely full to bursting. We will definitely be eating there again in the near future and my advice to the hotel is keep the chef because he/she is an amazing cook.
We often stop here for the night when travelling further south. The rooms are on the lake with a small terrace. Plenty of fish and birds to see. Some rooms have hot tubs on the terrace. Bedrooms are clean and of a good size with lots of extras and modern gadgets Friendly receptionist. Breakfast is now continental, but did include warm sausage rolls which were very tasty. (I only had the one!!) It is a really good price and if you book direct you also get a free bottle of prosecco - I think this applies to premier and above rooms. We will be back!!
We stayed one night and had a lovely time. The staff were excellent very welcoming and helpful. The bedoom very large and very clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. We particularly liked the welcoming fire in reception and the beautiful decor in the public rooms and restaurant. Well done to all for a very enjoyable stay.

Booked for one night on a good rate. Very welcoming reception, Room looked like recently refurbished. Twin Beds, Large T.V, Tea/Coffee making facility, Desk, Proper Wardrobe, Hairdryer, Iron with Board. Large Shower with Dove shampoo etc. Really Good Wi-Fi with full coverage. Breakfast included. One of our party is a Celiac and the care she got was really good. The Reception Guy was a fellow sufferer and the individual attention outstanding. They provide Gluten Free Corn Flakes, Bread and even a separate Toaster in the Kitchen. First Time we have been offered that anywhere. Both items brought separately from the Kitchen by staff member wearing protective Gloves. Most of the cooked items also Gluten Free. Very impressed and awesome attention.
Absolutely wonderful stay. Have been here several times and as always the service and hotel was perfect. Beverley as always was a joy, helpful, friendly and an absolute laugh. Other front of house were lovely too! The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel also has the benefit of a pool which is great for the kids. Always stay here when I’m Coventry (unless fully booked or too expensive) and will recommend the hotel to all.
One night stay in a superior premium room with queen bed. Great location just off motorway. Car parking free to hotel guests. Friendly and welcoming lady on reception. Room was clean and comfortable and slept really well with no noise disturbance at all. Had an evening meal and breakfast. Food was good and restaurant was clean and spacious. What really made our stay so remarkable was the fantastic staff. A very polite young man who goes by the name of “T” (he said his name was too long and difficult to remember) was working in both the bar and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always smiling and he never stopped working. The lovely man in charge of the restaurant for the night was called Fadika. He was so professional and attentive. Again, nothing was too much trouble for him and he genuinely wanted guests to have the best experience possible. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Excellent value for money and great service.
Perfect and convenient for a one night stay. Location right beside motorway and the room was clean and spacious. £5 parking a pain in all honesty but would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel whilst we were visiting family. The location was great for us as it is right next to the motorway. Check in was easy, we think the receptionist name was Lorraine, she was friendly helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable everything you would need. We went for breakfast around 09.30 which was fantastic, great variety of food which was all fresh, we requested omelettes from the chef and she made them just how we like them. The waitress which said she was the supervisor was abit too over helpful and would not leave us alone. We think her name was Mary-anne but she had red hair. My wife seemed to be a little unimpressed as the waitress seemed to be flirting with alot of the men including myself which made us both feel uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay and we will be back in the future.
I recently stayed at this hotel for my wedding. While the stay itself was not terrible, there were certain aspects that left much to be desired. Accommodation: The pillows were uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep. Service: Breakfast Experience: I went down for breakfast on Friday around 9:40 AM. The hot breakfast items were nearly empty. Despite asking the staff to refill them, they never did, and everything was cleared promptly at 10:00 AM. I had requested eggs well before breakfast ended, but they were never served. The server at the time, a young African lady, seemed unresponsive to our requests. Front Desk Service: There was an issue with the night receptionist, an Asian male, who lacked basic customer service skills. For instance: A day receptionist had assured me that the hotel could arrange towel swans and petals for my wedding, even confirming that she would forward the request to the next shift. However, the night receptionist dismissed my request, claiming the hotel did not provide such a service and even suggested I go out and buy flowers myself. Fortunately, when the earlier receptionist, Abby (If i am not wrong), returned, she confirmed that this service is indeed provided and took care of the arrangement. Abby’s professionalism and helpful attitude stood out and truly enhanced our experience. Conclusion: The stay had its ups and downs. While there were some glaring service issues, Abby’s excellent service deserves commendation. Training in customer service for some staff members, especially those at the front desk, could significantly improve guest experiences.
