"It is a resort hotel with a large yard and beautiful scenery. There is a swimming pool, which is very comfortable in summer. There is a small bar in the evening where you can have a drink, but it is a bit remote. The breakfast variety is a bit limited."

"Hotel Pool has now beeb decommissioned and no longer operational. Gym was available but not much equipment available. During my stay there was a maintenance malfunction resulting in two whole floors of the building having to endure loud drilling noise throughout the night as no onsite maintenance team to fix. Had to move rooms at 11pm and entire floor one stank of ******** - concierge advised the hotel have this problem frequently but they are unable to police guests who are smoking **** in their rooms. Not the best five days business trip overall although menu was great and staff were very friendly. Daily car parking charge of £5 per night for guests should be abolished in my opinion."

"Booked for two nights but finished my business early only stayed one night. Room was ok as was the hotel. Basic, does what it says on the tin. Bit more soap might have been helpful, but geographically it was fine. Comfortable, warm enough, not noisy. I’d use it again."

"Adequate at the price. There isn’t an in-house restaurant which is slightly disappointing but the inn next door provide a decent breakfast and evening meal if required."

"Pleasant hotel. Price matched Premier Inn opposite. Main downside is if u are a stranger, finding the access road at night is a nightmare as it is not signed. We drove round the area 3 times before I found the way in!!!! Hotel interior corridors dingy and lift takes you to the wrong floor. Rooms 500 onwards on fourth floor! Pleasant enough but for £104 I expected higher standards."
