"Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again."

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."

"The hotel is in a perfect spot and over from train station so no hiking case around, the hotel is lovely and staff were brilliant, we were on the 4th floor which was very hot with no air con, we asked for a fan and was brought to our room in minutes, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious, our only criticism was no towel hooks, one mirror was to low and the other to high and a woman likes to check how she looks!!, and our cups were dirty they were rinsed not washed, and the room was not very inviting it was plain and boring not even a picture on the wall just blank walls, this wouldn't stop me staying here again the food was amazing and breakfast was good and in a good spot...."

PPollotrix!Loved staying here before our flight, good price for how bougee this room felt. Amazing beds, plush towels and all the amenities, including a really nice coffee machine. Great shower pressure and everything was spotless.

UUzBooked for 10, 3 rooms were suggested, requested for a cot in one of the rooms. Turned out rooms are so small and cot cannot be fitted as requested. They decided to move us to a slightly bigger room (disabled room) to accommodate the cot. Upon check out, they said I owe them for changing me to another room. Was never informed about this prior to nor during the change process.
During the stay, rooms were hardly cleaned and there's always an excuse for everything. Restaurant had crumbs on the seat from days past litter. Some reception staff seems new and somewhat rude. They sneakily tried to overcharge my card but my provider blocked it because it was not authorised. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a great time in Aberdeen was marred by the hotel experience. I will still visit Aberdeen but will be staying in another hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment was quiet and neat. Staff are approachable and helpful. The rooms were neat. I will always book this hotel whenever I visit Aberdeen. Also , my daughter forgot her phone, and when I called the receptionist about 5hours after check out, they were able to keep her phone.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located within the city centre. Heater in the room was exceptional for winter, with a fan for air circulation. The lift was down on the first day, had to drag my luggage up to the 4th floor. It was repaired the next day. Front desk was helpful & approachable. The room was acceptable for a solo traveller & house keeping was good too.

GGuest UserThe location of this building is very central, and it has very nice working space, gym and public area, which is very nice. But be aware that there are mixed of students, short/ long term tenants so it might get noisy sometimes especially on the weekends. I’ve found a used sock under the chair in my room and the shower is clogged. Cleanliness could be improved. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they helped me keep my letters and packages at the reception. Overall it’s a great place to stay in Aberdeen when you don’t have a permanent home yet.
