We spent 2 nights in this ghost hotel... We were let out like trash by the hotel manager, the check out indicated 12:00 p.m. on my PJ reservation, but the manager decided that this morning, it would be 11:00 a.m. telling me that he would take an excess from my card, which had already been debited 3 days before our arrival... This ”charming” Mr. was very aggressive and rude, yes we had passed 11:00 a.m. by half an hour, so he didn't decide to say hello to us or to keep his cool... I showed him the departure time in PJ on the email of my reservation, which corresponded to 12:00 p.m., he didn't want to know anything ... It was the last time we came to this hotel! In short, run away! Or if you like being attacked, you've come to the right address!

Hotel idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds du stade. Accueil sympathique et très belle surprise en arrivant dans la chambre. Un t-shirt de notre groupe préféré nous attendait sur le lit. Et accessoires lumineux dans l'entrée de l'hôtel gratuitement. Également bouteilles d'eau (plate et gazeuse). Très bonne literie Chambre très propre et calme Assez spacieuse pour 2 avec coin bureau et salle de douche assez grande. Petit déjeuner classique sans bonne ni mauvaise surprise.

Good rooms, friendly service. Ok bar. Decent breakfast. Drinks are expensive. A premium just for the location. Location is a 45 min ride from main train station. One change. You can buy a 24hr ticket for 3.60 EUR Strikes me as less useful if you want to visit the city and be close to things.

On se rendait à un concert au Groupama stadium et l'hôtel est idéalement placé à proximité de la station de tram qui nous dépose à peine à quelques mètres du stade.
Chambre très confortable avec son plateau de courtoisie et petit cadeau de la réception pour le concert.

De passage a lyon en famille nous avons passez une tres bonne nuit ,endroit calme et propre .Jeune veilleur de nuit courtois et agréable ( Merci pour les petits ) . Les pizza au feu de bois sont tres bonne . On reviendra !!
