The hotel is comfortable with its original Perret version. Don't believe the tired hotel corridors. The strangest thing is that the toilet and bathroom are separate. There are no kettles, glasses, refrigerators, tea or coffee in the room, but because of fresh Norman croissants and some homemade options, the continental breakfast is delicious. The service is discreet but good. Here, we stayed quietly. A minor problem for me, the bed was too soft and I sank in, but it was very subjective.

Pleasant location, with beautiful views of Niemeyer’s center and far-reaching views, as well as restaurants, bars, bakeries, and mini markets in the surrounding area. The sea, city hall or Perret Cathedral are 10 minutes away. It is very loud and festive, so watch your sleep! This hotel is pleasant. This is the second time I come here, and everything works perfectly, quiet rooms, very good littery, spacious bathroom with a good flow of water, pleasant calm of the reception.
The service to be able to leave his luggage a few hours more after checkout is very useful, as well as the toilets next to the reception when you don't have the room anymore.
The location is really top, we are also in the sidelines, and I recommend a Chinese fresh pasta restaurant Li Mian, next to the courtyard.

The room is like a part of the castle, the old couple is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very good! The facilities are perfect and the corridors are very distinctive. I personally like it very much.

👍🏿Location 300m from the beach and 100m from the St Roch tram, near the super U and nice restos
👍🏿 Home and freedom of movement in the hotel, no receipt at night but the entrance is under digicode.
👍🏿 Fine broad shower with a good constant flow rate.
👍🏿 I could leave my luggage in storage all afternoon after checkout, without problem.
👎 Rooms are very badly soundproofed, they hear from the corridor to the upper floor, water hunting noise and other discomforts
👎 The 110 toilets are not broad and it's a little acrobatic.
👎 The moquette was full of sheep in the corners.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the pier and only a few minutes walk from muma. There is a private basement for convenient parking. The front desk speaks very good English and communication is smooth. The coffee for breakfast is good. The balcony has a good view and the sunset is beautiful. The room is quite large, which is very good in France.

XXIAOLONGIn order to go to Elephant Trunk Hill, it is just opposite the train station and the bus station. Zero distance. The hotel’s seasoning is good, the room is quite big, the view is good, and the breakfast is good. On the other side of the hotel is a shopping mall. There are places to eat and shop, recommended.

Сантехника работает. Номер может быть прокуренным (увы, мне такой попался). Завтрак - стандартный. 3 вида мюсли, яблочное пюре, 2 вида выпечки, хлеб, джемы, сыр, масло. Учитывая стоимость номера - рекомендую.

This hotel is user-friendly, with a digital key to the room, which simplifies the operation. Designer bedroom, lighting and storage skills, good bedding. I really like the bathroom, which is spacious, pleasant water flow, clean and well-lit. There are animations outside, and it's quiet inside. Very good stay
