I have travelled to Egypt (Hurghada) 3 times in the past year and can honestly say that the experience that I had in this hotel was by far the most special. The staff were amazingly friendly, professional, kind and super efficient. The hotel room was great we had an amazing sun facing ground floor room. The food was also great so were the cakes. The entertainment was the best I have experienced in a hotel in Egypt try even had a magic show on the beach along with foam parties and mascots for the kids. I have seen that there has also been some negative feedback towards this hotel regarding 5 star etc this is not the hotels fault my experience was great and anything that I had concerns with the management were always on hand and more than happy to assist so I think it's very unfair. I am comparing this to other hotels that I have stayed in. They have 2 types of rooms. As for any food complaints all all inclusives are the same. People have complained about the pool being cold well it's December! The pool by the beach was perfect and the lifeguard was very good at his job watching the children. I shall be returning!! First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

We loved the Old Vic so much when we came in October 2024 that we booked for January 2025, this will be our go to holiday destination at least once a year. The staff are all amazing and treated us like we were princesses, nothing is too much for any of them. The entertainment team on both occasions have been fab and really make effort to get everyone involved no matter your age. The atmosphere of this resort is great, it feels like home. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, well equipped, beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows, the attached bathrooms are also a good size and very clean. The food is good, a wide variety of food, something for even the fussiest diner.

How should I say, seriously do not recommend staying at this hotel! Let's start with the arrival! The gobus in Dahab arrived at Sharm Station. The arrival time was 10 o’clock in the evening. After arriving, a large group of people gathered around the station and said that the hotel charges 200 Angstroms. I knew that the distance was very close, but I wanted to arrive at night. , Ye's initiative dropped to 150 Angstroms and agreed to go to the hotel! In a few minutes, we will arrive at the door of the hotel and not let us rent in. Let us wait for the shuttle bus at the door. After a while, the shuttle bus will come, pick us up and go to the front desk to check in! Many people check in at the front desk are very complicated. Because the voice is not very smooth, it is understandable for us to provide relevant procedures and wait for a while. What cannot be understood is that when the procedures are complete, we are informed that we cannot check in because the supplier is not Chinese. It's from the UK, let's contact the supplier by ourselves! So we contacted Ctrip. Ctrip was very active in communicating with suppliers. At this time, I heard the man at the front desk shouting: Chinese! Because there are a lot of people in this lobby, but there is no Chinese, so we judged that he must be calling us and then check in for us. The hotel did not apologize for causing us to check in late. Instead, Ctrip took the initiative to subsidize us 100 room rates. awesome! At this time, a waiter was expressionless and drove us to our residence with a shuttle bus! Since we only booked a hotel for 1 day, we had to check out at 12 noon the next day, but we were late at 3 o’clock in the evening on the second day, so we asked if we could check out late, and the answer was 70 Euros to stay in the evening. At 9 o'clock, we agreed, but we need to change rooms. Someone will take us to the changed room! We waited for the waiter in the room, who drove the shuttle bus. When we arrived in our room, we had a 30-inch suitcase and a check-in box. The waiter had a grieving face throughout the process and did not take the initiative to lift the box for us. As if we owed him and we carried the box for him, when I arrived at the shuttle bus, I put my cabin box behind the shuttle bus. At this time, my husband prepared to put the box in the front, and the waiter called him to put it in the back. But my husband hadn’t put the big suitcase in the car, but the waiter violently reversed the car. My cabin box banged from the car and fell directly to the ground, causing my RIMOWA suitcase to be thousands of big. There are obvious scratches on the hands. We are very surprised and angry at the rude service of such a big hotel. After the incident, we did not hear an apology! Are the Chinese not guests? The price of this hotel is not cheap, do we spend money in the hotel to enjoy this kind of service? Seriously, it is not recommended for Chinese people to live in this hotel! I like this hotel for its service, comfort and delicious food. We will come back again.

We stayed at the Tiran last September for 28 nights so think we can give a fair review! First off the location is amazing, the poolside flows onto the beach from which the views are stunning, sea and mountains almost looks unreal and the bay curves around (look on Google earth for hotel location). It's perfect for snorkeling, the colourful fish are swimming around you as soon as you enter the water. Large coral reef from the beach with plenty of activity tide in or out. Pool is nice and large with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to hand. There is a pool/beach bar and a swim up bar. The food was excellent, grill, pizza station, buffet and various speciality stations on different nights. An excellent range of deserts but ice cream was only once a week! (strange). Nice linen tablecloths and napkins. Drinks were OK for all inclusive, we tend to find our favourite and stick with it! The only thing to complain about here is the bottles of water were never cold. We have been to hotels before where fridges of water are placed around the hotel in order for you to always access fresh cold water. The rooms are spacious and adequate although a little dated in places. They were kept lovely and clean with clean towels everyday (often displayed in some lovely shapes), good AC. We upgraded for a seaview which was stunning but unfortunately if you sit on your balcony you can't see through the steel balcony grill/frontage! Poor design! Some of the rooms have their own small pools. I would say the best option for a room to get maximum sun (in winter) would be a pool facing one. The lounge bar is very quiet of an eve, once a week there was a pianist for an hour and another night a saxophonist but aside this it is quiet. The entertainment is in the amphitheatre at the back of the complex. We went a couple of times but it was rather hot and not too comfortable sitting on the tiers/steps of the theatre despite the cushions. There is a evening pool party with DJ once a week which was a great atmosphere also a foam party weekly during the day on the beach and numerous dancing, stretching, exercise regines available in and out of the pool if interested. The entertainment team work hard offering the usual water aerobics and games etc big shame they don't do tabletennis tournaments like other establishments! The table is hid away by the restaurant! We did an excellent boat trip arranged by the guys from the dive centre on site and they also arranged a private snorkeling trip for us and a scuba diving experience. We flew to Ciaro to see the pyramids, which was a full day excursion 4am till 22.00, arranged via the hotel, wonderful experience! Soho Square is worth an evening visit as is Farsha cafe. One thing that was very annoying and disappointing was as follows - there is a beauty salon on the hotel complex (by the amphitheatre, Dr's surgery and a couple of shops) the guy from there sold us (around the pool) a facial for myself and a haircut, shave and facial for my h

The pool was nice, the pool bar was very nice, the beach was very nice, the sea was very nice, the drink quality was acceptable for the price, the food quality was not very good, the location was very good and very close to the bazaar, the reception staff, room cleaners, bar staff, pool staff, animators were very warm-blooded and very good-humored people, many thanks to Hussam at the pool bar and Mohamed who was watching the swimmers for everything,
