The hotel breakfast is really amazing. There are actually herring steaks, soaked in garlic sauce, the taste is absolutely amazing. Yogurt with a variety of raspberries, accompanied by eating, tastes pure, without any processed taste, it is really pure large fruit without adding. The bread is also delicious, sandwich jam bread baked by yourself. There is a lake behind the hotel, you can go for nothing, Nordic style, and contact with nature. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the Central Station, but if the luggage is not very large, walking is acceptable, about 800 meters. Easy shopping around. Personally, in order to taste breakfast, I can go to live once.

At a walkable distance from the central station, (appx 2 blocks), conveniently located very close to the tour bus stops, Tivoli and the shopping street. Nice, spacious family room, friendly and courteous staff. Definitely recommend staying here!
Booked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service.
In my case I found all the opposite.
First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating.
Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information.
Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough
I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed.
Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile.
Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise
Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

Had to change the deluxe room we booked as it was tiny and overlooking a roof covered in bird poo. They gave us another deluxe room on the fifth floor that was much larger and more comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries nice. No mini bar. No complimentary water. Nowhere to hang bathrobes. Bathrobes and towels were not the fluffiest and towels too small. One day our room wasn’t cleaned until 4:15pm which was too late for us as we were relaxing. Rooftop bar was cool and restaurant was nice. Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.
The rooms here are very tall and not exquisite, but the design details are very good. There are two USB and two TIPS interfaces at the head of the bed. To turn on the bathroom light, just press it once and keep pressing it until it gradually brightens.
We booked a room through Hotwire.com and were very pleased to find that we got the Mayfair Hotel in Copenhagen as it is very conveniently located in the Vesterbro area. We only booked for one night on the way to Schweden. The Hotel is very nice and big, but now here is the not so good bit. We booked the third an most expensive a twin room and we got a broom cupboard as a room. It had a 150cm wide bed, but you could only get in from one side. The bathroom was also beyond his heydays. If they want give you room 1044 decline it. With two people in it you could barely turn without hitting each other. Needless to say we were not happy with the room and went to complain. The manager was very apologetic and got our points. He offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice king size bed. He wanted another DKK 260.00 for the night. In the end we got it cheaper, because we wanted a better room an were tired. In fact I would have expected a free upgrade but that did not happen. From a business point I would hire that manager, because he was very good at upselling. Just of this review, give room 1044 a wide birth
We were first drawn to this new hotel in the center of Copenhagen from internet research. Impeccably presented with beautiful interior design, this relatively new 5 star property is located on the water and well positioned to allow for exploration of the city. Suited to tourists as well as business guests the hotel offers well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent towels & robes and attentive service in all departments. Please note, if outlooks and positioning within the hotel are of importance to you I would highly suggest contacting the hotel to get advise on room selection. We booked a Premium category room but made a poor selection based on the limited explanations on the hotel website and ended up on the ground floor facing an office building with parked vans, workers taking smoking breaks and a complete lack of privacy. The premium room category provides ample space with 53M squared but the descriptor does not state this room is a low floor room without a view. You need to book the room 'with a view'. I honestly don't recall that being offered from the list of available rooms when I booked so its quite possible the 'view' category had sold out. In any case, only certain rooms will offer views of the river so it is best to coordinate with the hotel if you have any questions. We stayed one night in our original room but the situation was not ideal - a combination of our poor selection and lack of detailed info on the hotel website. Mehmet Ali, one of the managers was most accommodating and assisted in moving us for our 2nd and 3rd nights to a room offering a spectacular view. We are very grateful for the kind and generous upgrade as this certainly was not our focus in trying to change our accommodations. Mr. Ali is dedicated in his role and wanted to ensure we had a good experience at the NH Collection Copenhagen. He personally saw to it that we were comfortable and indeed we were. Breakfast at the hotel is what one would expect from a fine hotel and the content of the buffet and overall service was a great way to start the day. We did not use the fitness facility but did enjoy the hotel bar where cocktails are professionally mixed and served by a friendly and competent team. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again for future visits to Copenhagen.

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.
When I came to re-booking my accommodation in Copenhagen after a cancelled covid trip, the original hotel was not available and came across CPH Studio Hotel which was within by budget. I was a little apprehensive as I did not know the city but I was just perfect. Arriving at CPH airport - just hop on the yellow metro line 2 to either Amager Strand or Oresund (5 mins on metro) and then it is a 5 min stroll to the hotel. Staff were super friendly at check-in. The rooms is exactly as advertised - small and compact but with everything you need. A comfy bed, small kitchen area with a large fridge (a really bonus) and tiny toilet but with a great shower. I really do not see what else you could possibly need. We spend little time in a hotel rooms when travelling as are out and about exploring. The huge bonus, as others have mentioned, is the rooftop terrace which overlooks the bridge to Sweden. It is a short walk from the beach area with a few restaurants / bars but just 10 mins back on the metro to the centre of Copenhagen. Would stay here again and that is the best recommendation.

GGuest UserLocation: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!
UUyiiyuGood parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk
So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

GGuest UserWe arrived into Copenhagen Airport and found the train to the Centre. Need to just make sure you’re on the right platform and going in the right direction. The hotel is a very short walk and we were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were also very nice. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for quiet on a Saturday night stay elsewhere or shut your windows. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up. It’s very well placed for everything.
GGuest UserNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

GGuest UserI booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights and chose the hotel mainly because of the location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I know Copenhagen is an expensive city, but i did expect slightly more from my room. The room itself was tiny. The bed was under a window and there is a toilet cubicle in the room too. Once my case was opened, there was almost no room to get in or out of the bathroom . I am currently in another hotel in Stockholm for approximately the same cost and it is around three times as big with a sofa and sitting area. Feels like the company are simply trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into one building. I wouldn’t book again, even although it is in a good location and the staff were all lovely. Also, 95DKK for a cold breakfast (I realise it is continental, but there were NO hot items at all with 45 minutes of service to go) is very expensive.

GGuest UserPerfect location ( 1 km from the railway station ) and walking distance to many touristic areas around the centre. Amazing breakfast ( the bread was amazing and the lemonade was so tasty....perfect way to kickstart your morning), clean & well-maintainedd rooms, common areas, linens. Nice bar. Fun events on certain days. Discounts on drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Tips : 1) Don't forget to take a padlock with you, so that you can use it to keep your belongings under the bed and keep them safe locked. There are lockers available in the hostel. But you have to pay for it separately. So better to take a lock with you or you can buy one, which is available at their reception. 2) They accept cash, visa / mastercard. They don't accept Maestro.
