Excellent
Great hotel location, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms. We were passing Berlin and were looking for one night stay. Hotel is very well accecible from highways. Kids loved spacious rooms and big comfortable beds. Special thanks to a very friendly receptionist for a pleasant conversation after long trip :)

GGuest UserWhat should you say? The rooms were good and comfortable 🙋♀️. The reception was a little habitual 🥴 The breakfast was very bad 🤮. It is advertised with sustainability and you have packed things. The staff did not come to do it properly. No cups, knives, eggs..... You always had to ask. The egg was fluid 🤮 142 registrations at 42 seats. 🧐🧐🧐 There is a better place for every youth hostel or pension. How to call yourself only hotel with alleged ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This includes more than 400 euros for 3 people 🥲 Most expensive for poor service. 🥲

Firstly, I would like to advise people to ignore all the 1 and 2 and mostly 3 star reviews for this resort.They are unfair and although some people do have bad experiences this resort should not be avoided as I really don't feel they reflect the true image of this resort. For any golfers the two main course (Faldo and Palmer) are fantastic.Palmer is prettier and easier, honestly the Faldo off the tee is very tough,after that it is playable. Accommodation,we had a suite.It was lovely and was cleaned everyday by the friendliest staff ever. We had a few small issues, no iron or ironing board in the room. No daily water, we thought for a suite that would be provided. Pool area, this was fab,as was the sauna.Excellent all round and pool meandours from indoor to outdoor and is heated. Food,food in the restaurant just off the property was excellent and the food in the hotel and golf club was nice also.Our main issue was the lack of options during the day,very limited menu. Breakfast, excellent and staff were so friendly.Could not fault the breakfast in any way. Prices,my only real issue apart from the lack of food options during the day was the strange excessive pricing on certain items.A large 1 lt bottle of water was €8,I refused to pay,told the guy tap water will do. In the clubhouse they serve a large coke poured from a bottle that has the €1 price on it for €5.50. Now that's just wrong and needs to be sorted. Car park,their is a public car park that is around €5 per day,to park in the underground hotel car park is €12 per day.To me,in a resort which is around 45 minutes south of Berlin this is excessive. I had a few small issues and the manager came out straight away and explained they are finding it difficult to get staff. This is understandable and he seemed genuine. I should also add that the private beach is amazing and the water is almost tepid. To sum up I would come here again,the location is great,the staff are excellent and with a few tweaks here and there this resort especially when you consider the golf course quality could be very sought after.

995tatjanapPre-booking when it has free rooms has uncomplicated. Personal friendly and helpful. Specially the young man who had late layer 4.3-5.3.2020. Room 120 : Clean but need urgent new furniture in point Couch (urgently to replace) and seating opportunities. Bath : At first glance clean - but for some people it can be complicated to go into a bathtub to shower. Breakfast: Typical Garni Hotel Breakfast (which is essential to learn how to bake the breads ) Unfortunately, we have not been informed that there is a building site in the building, so that you had the building noise at 8 a.m. In every business, the operational blindness is slipped from time to time. Tips to the hotel management . The carpet at the entrance of the hotel needs urgently cleaning and the entrance should be clean, it is the first thing a guest sees and welcomes. GGuest UserDie Rezeption ist äußerst bemüht, dem Hotelgast ein denkwürdig schlechtes Hotel-Erlebnis zu bereiten. Auftakt beim Check-In: Begrüßung relativ neutral, keine herzlichen oder freundlichen Worte bezüglich der Anfahrt, die man sonst in Hotels in der Regel hört, auch wenn dies natürlich Floskeln sind. Trotzdem hier Fehlanzeige. Ausgehändigt wurde ein Zimmerschlüssel, bei Buchung eines Doppelzimmers mit zwei Personen sind eigentlich zwei Schlüssel üblich, nein es gibt keinen zweiten Schlüssel, sondern nur einen. Die zweite mitreisende Person ist somit immer an die Pläne der ersten Person gebunden und kann nicht unabhängig das Zimmer betreten oder verlassen.
Angekommen im Hotelzimmer. Die Feststellung, dass ein mehrere Kategorien schlechteres Zimmer gegeben wurde als gebucht, schriftlich bestätigt und auch durch höheren Preis vorab gezahlt. Gebucht war ein Zimmer als Suite mit Seeblick und Jacuzzi. Nichts davon traf auf das Zimmer zu. Also Beschwerde an der Rezeption. Angeblich läge meine Buchung genau so im System vor, und da ich über ein externes Buchungsportal gebucht habe, hat ist das wohl nicht richtig übertragen, und für das Hotel gelte das, was an sie übertragen wird, und nicht das, was ich schriftlich bestätigt vorlegen kann. Meine schriftliche Buchung hielt man nicht mal für nötig, anzusehen und zu prüfen. Meine Frage, ob es denn irgendwo im Hotel überhaupt einen Whirlpool oder Jacuzzi gibt oder auch Zimmer mit Badewanne, wurde komplett verneint. Zitat: „so etwas haben wir hier im ganzen Hotel gar nicht“! Gegeben wurde dann der Zimmerschlüssel für ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, aber ein Jacuzzi oder Whirlpool sei ja überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Zwischenzeitlich hat ein Kontakt mit dem Reinigungspersonal auf dem Flur ergeben, dass es sehr wohl eine Suite mit eben diesen Kriterien gibt, auch auf der Homepage direkt beim Hotel kann man ja so ein Zimmer mit Ausstattung Seeblick und Jacuzzi direkt buchen. Es war also eine glatte Lüge von der Rezeptionistin! So etwas habe ich in unzähligen Geschäftsreisen und Hotelaufenthalten tatsächlich noch nie erleben dürfen! Eine Entschuldigung gab es an der Rezeption dafür natürlich nicht, sondern es wurde alles auf dieses Buchungsportal geschoben. Eigene Verantwortung als Hotel gegenüber dem zahlenden Gast, alles war ja schon im Voraus gezahlt, hält man nicht für nötig. Juristisch ist der Fall ja glasklar, mit schriftlicher Buchung habe ich ein Anrecht auf genau das. Statt um 15:00 Uhr, wie in der Buchung bestätigt, konnten wir final unser Zimmer dann erst deutlich nach 16:00 Uhr beziehen.
Der Aufenthalt umfasste zwei Übernachtungen. Zwischendurch fragte ich an der Rezeption nach einem Late Checkout, statt um 11 wollte ich das Zimmer bis 12:00 Uhr nutzen. Grundsätzlich wäre dies auch möglich gewesen, jedoch mit einem Aufpreis von üppigen 29 €! Mein Verweis darauf, dass uns das Zimmer ja auch nicht schon um 15:00 Uhr bei unserer Anreise, sondern erst über 1 Stunde später zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, und diese 1 Stunde dem angefragten Late Checkout ja entsprechen würde, hielt man es nicht für nötig, hier entgegen zu kommen, sondern beharrte darauf, dass der Late Checkout grundsätzlich genau diesen Betrag kosten würde.
Trotz dem zuvor an der Rezeption verursachten Ärger hielt man auch hier kein Entgegenkommen oder Wiedergutmachung für angemessen. So einen Service habe ich als gut zahlender Kunde tatsächlich noch nicht erleben dürfen, aber man lernt ja bekanntlich nie aus. Zu empfehlen ist das Hotel definitiv nicht! Eine Lanze kann man nur für das sonstige Personal (Reinigung, Küche) brechen. Die waren wirklich freundlich und bemüht und hatten ein freundliches Wort für den Kunden übrig.
