Best Ludwigsburg Hotels

The appearance and service level of the hotel is undoubtedly four-star level. The Royal Palace of Ludwigsburg is also very close. But the interior decoration of the room is similar to that of a budget chain hotel. Parking is 12 euros per night.

Comfy room. No tea/coffee, but it did have a mini bar which chilled our drinks, so that worked for us. There were several functions in the reception rooms and the underground parking? Tight doesn’t begin to describe it. We did find a space as someone was leaving. Just a heads up and we only had a Mini Countryman! Breakfast was wonderful. Cold meats, bread, cereal, juice, cake and more. The staff when we checked in (a young lady at the desk), was wonderful. She helped my husband find a rag and cleaner to get the bugs off the windshield. She apologized for her English, which was very easy to understand. An apology wasn’t necessary! By contrast the gentleman on the desk this morning was almost brusque.

The nice, centrally located hotel is clean and very quiet. My room (No. 5) is small but conveniently furnished. The reception at the reception is friendly and professional. The hotel is quick at the marketplace where there are some nice restaurants. The price for the night is also OK.

Very nice cozy hotel. On foot there are only about 400m from the Forum Castle of Ludwigsburg, the Old Town and the residential Castle of Ludwigsburg. All very clean and maintained. The hotel was obviously refurbished freshly. Rooms and bathrooms sufficiently of size, shower works wonderfully. Breakfast buffet with a large selection and very delicious. Very friendly staff. We have felt very well.

We stayed here to participate in the live performance at Ludwigburg Palace. Choice is within walking distance from the station and the venue. It was very good. Clean, large and carbonated water service. There is an electric pot and there is instant coffee and tea. I brought our electric pot but I didn't have to use it. All breakfast was delicious. Especially salmon, cheese and bread were warm and delicious. The shower room is only like a multi soap to wash the body and hair, so you need to prepare it yourself. There is an elevator. There was a trouble that all the electricity was not turned on after breakfast. I dealt with it immediately when I went to the front desk. I was working on electrical construction in the next room and accidentally dropped to the breaker in my room. The woman at the front desk was very nice. If you come to this city next time, I would like to use this hotel again.

+ location is beautiful and very quiet + staff is friendly and helpful + rooms are nice, clean, modern (robes and slippers a plus) + spacious parking - food at restaurant is average, nothing special - hotel bar should be open during normal evening hours; wanted to have some cocktails after dinner (7pm) and the bar was closed. - weingut should have better hours overall its 3 1/2 stars. Could be better.
