"Very friendly, friendly, kind and responsive staff at this hotel. Seen earlier on time without any requests, simply specified that the room is ready and welcome. Breakfast is a Swedish table, rooms are comfortable, very clean, there is everything necessary, the location of the hotel in the city center. You can get from Munich airport in 16 minutes, the bus goes every 10 minutes, which is very convenient."

"The hotel stay experience is generally satisfactory. The front desk is fluent in English and friendly, and the check-in procedure is efficient. The room size is moderate, the decoration is modern minimalist and European classical elements, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The bathroom facilities are equipped with smart toilets and rain showers. Daily organic toiletries reflect the concept of environmental protection. The breakfast is full, with freshly baked alkaline bread, Bavarian white intestines and more than a dozen local cheeses. Business travel and cultural travelers are recommended."

"I actually felt that the hotel staff were very friendly and were very happy to answer my questions and help. The front desk answered a lot of my questions and provided assistance so that I could park in the hotel parking space. But when I was in China, when I encountered problems with carrying multiple suitcases, there would always be staff to help. This time in the Marriott Hotel, considering that there were not many employees, such assistance might not be provided. Instead, guests were required to carry their own suitcases and put them on the hotel's luggage cart and then push them up by themselves. I think there is room for improvement in this regard. The breakfast was also quite rich, but I was really impressed that no one could help with luggage assistance."

"Quite a bit far away from the train station stop, you will need to roll your luggage. But next to the bus stop of the airport shuttle. Restaurant food is meh. Digestible. Super clean and everything renovated, except service staff attitude I guess. Made me wait for check in for an hour out of the principal as the rule is check in only strictly at 3pm and early check in costs same as stay effectively. Never experienced such a mindless rule especially when the hotel was not very occupied or busy. When checked in, the front office staff took her time searching for something on the computer. Also did not explain anything about the hotel - breakfast timing, sauna, timing etc etc. here is your card and off you go. When ordered food in the restaurant to take it upstairs, was given a full on tray, and it was quite difficult to press elevator buttons with full on tray in both my hands and needed to swipe the card in the elevator on top of it. Nobody helped. Again, not like they were busy. Occupancy rate, judging by the number of people at dinner was max 25%. Won’t stay again."

"The hotel is well located. You get very quickly with train or bus to the airport. The rooms have come somewhat in the years, but clean. Breakfast is very good! There was a large selection of muslisorts as well as sauce, cheese, salmon and viwke small dips. Also the selection of tea was very large. Breakfast is definitely to highlight."

"Authentic and rustic on the outside, my room had been refurbished with up to date bathroom fixtures and shower, flooring, paint and furniture. Able to sleep 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 small kids. The Gruner Hof is a short walk across the Isar to Freising's old town and monastery (must see). Lots of options for public transportation; bus, train, taxi. Quaintness factors: 2nd story rooms have the sloping roof and ceiling. I'm tall. Took me a week to stop bumping into it. Across the street is a church/school with a bell tower that chimes the time from 7am to 10pm; you'll always know the time but doesn't bother at night. Good sidewalks everywhere."
