Best Shijiazhuang Hotels

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Very close to Shijiazhuang Zoo. 10 minutes drive around shopping. It is also convenient to eat. The accommodation is good, the service is very good, and the children like it very much. There are many surrounding attractions, and the scenery of Dongzhai is very good!

Due to a sudden light rain, the car window glass was dirty. The cleaning lady enthusiastically took out the glass cleaner to help clean it. The restaurant lady came to help operate the coffee machine after cooking the noodles. The room was cleaned in a timely manner. In short, the entire hotel has an atmosphere of passionate service. I have stayed at Mercure in Nice, France, South Hampton in London, and in Guangzhou and Yangzhou in China. The Shijiazhuang Yuhua store is the only one with complimentary drinks, which was a little surprise.

The room sister cleaned the room very carefully. The room layout was very good. The lobby decoration was also good. There is a Ruibao Paradise for children to play next to the breakfast room. The mattress in the king-size bed room didn't feel good. When the person on the other side turned over, the entire mattress shook violently. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, whirring all night long. The breakfast was average, but the noodles were delicious. The advantages are that the room comes with free drinks, a smart toilet, and an underground parking lot, and you can park for free if you register with the front desk.
