The complaint is that you have to pay for watching TV Central News. Then I went to the hotel yesterday. The hotel has four floors without elevator. The waiter said that there is only one floor. There is a house on the fourth floor. The second. The third floor did not check out. When I went upstairs, I saw that there was a vacant room on the second floor (the room door was open). The waiter said that the guest had booked. I think there is a reservation for the room and the reservation floor. This reason is a bit ridiculous. Although it is a small matter, the attitude of the hotel guests online needs to be improved.
