A lady came over and said we should go to the fourth floor. When we got to the fourth floor, she handed us the menu. After we ordered the food, she took the menu and left. Until a young man brought the food, she also put the bowls and chopsticks away and left. She only said two sentences in the whole process, a total of a few words, and never showed up again and had no expression on her face. We felt a little uncomfortable during this meal. In comparison, the next day when we had breakfast, another girl serving in the restaurant was very good. After saying hello, she helped us open each dish box one by one. After we put the dish in, she closed the lid and helped us open the next one. After the operation, when there were no other guests, she stood or squatted on the side to wait, which was commendable.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is good, the surrounding environment is good, parking is very convenient in the hotel yard, you can also charge, the breakfast is simple and hygienic, the hotel is a bit remote, the bathroom is not separated from the wet and dry areas, but it is already very good in Gonghe

The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:) The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:) However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex. But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…

Then, the front desk said, sorry, we have no air conditioning, no fan. I made do for one night, didn't sleep all night, and left early the next morning. Never live for the second time! Never!
