航班延誤晚上一點多入住，前台安排了105房間，房間空調出風口像拖拉機一樣的聲音，告訴前台後，又給換到了107房間，入住後發現室温只有12度，前台説可能是窗子開着的原因，隨即把窗子關上了，把空調打開。。。洗漱完閉準備睡覺，結果發現有涼風襲入，隨又檢查了一下窗子，發現窗子裂開了一道縫，再次關閉。。。旅途勞累睡著了， 直到再次凍醒，衹好穿上衣服，裹上被子勉強坐到早上，温度一直停留在16度，沒有升上去。。。去用早餐的時候，經過前台，開玩笑的問了一下前台：入住你們這裡是不是附贈感冒葯啊。。。前台表示了歉意，再説早餐，早餐是在酒店臨街的餐廳裏吃的，早點非常豐富，不知道為什麼，服務人員對住店人員不怎麼友好，這個不能拿，那個不能吃。。。後來，款台的小姐姐非常友好説那個服務員表述有問題，想吃什麼可以取。。。後來，聽説她們家的園林雞出鍋了，當即買了一衹，工藝特別，味道非常不錯，回房間經過前台，前台再次表達歉意，送了兩瓶礦泉水，讓燒點熱水暖和一下，退房時，前台又給了兩瓶水，説是路上喝吧，總體來説，酒店設施陳舊，日常維護堪憂，酒店服務不錯，尤其是當日值班的前台和餐廳款台工作人員，忘記問名字了，不好意思。。。給酒店老闆提個建議，搞成博物館沒有錯，可是，也要注重日常維護保障客人的基本入住需求啊

房間比較小，但是非常乾淨整潔，裝修是極簡ins風，很喜歡一直很貼心，服務很温暖，真的是沒有啥説的，沖就完事了必須打個滿分💯服務真的超級好，又熱情又細心
