"The room facilities are a bit old. At first, I was assigned a room on the first floor, which was a bit damp. I went to the front desk to communicate in English, and they were very friendly and changed me to a room on the third floor. The comfort level was greatly improved! The GYM is great, with many treadmills and spacious space."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the terminal at the Montreal airport. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. It’s a perfect place to crash if you only have a few hours and don’t want to go off-property. My only complaint is about a staff member’s error. While I had pre-paid for the room, I was asked to place a credit card on hold for incidentals, which is normal. At checkout, I confirmed we were all set (no charges). Later, I found my credit card had been charged over $100 for something. The hotel said they made a mistake a refunded the charge, but I have now been charged an international transaction fee for both the charge and the refund, which is really annoying since I didn’t purchase anything. "

"I went there with my nephew. There is parking. The location is good. It is convenient to walk to Capitol Hill. There are also restaurants nearby. The service environment and facilities are OK. The room is not too big by North American standards."

"The Montreal Aloft hotel , by the airport, was an excellent experience after a long flight. From the terrific baggage assistance by the driver of the airplane shuttle service (from and to) the airport, the efficient speedy check in, immaculate clean, fresh, attractive room to the delicious generous potions of ordered grilled snacks enjoyed in the cosy seating area. Along with this, the pleasant personalities of the helpful, efficient staff made this a hotel I would take the time to recommend to others and book again if travelling to Montreal."

"Hey it’s a very nice place, Kristi the front desk lady super nice & friendly & very helpful. The room, beds & the breakfast was all lovely. The place was very clean. There was construction outside but you would never know it, we had no problem parking and entering in the front entrance . I would highly recommend this place but we were heading back & forth to the downtown , the traffic was super busy, the round about roads, & many one way street were terrible , so that is the only down fall. The price was great but I would have say I need to stay downtown just for convenience otherwise if you don’t mind busy traffic & driving then this is the place ."

"Breakfast is average, but it is still very convenient and cost-effective. The hotel is a few kilometers from the airport, you can see the plane taking off, the children like it. The hotel has a car park and there is also a free bus airport transfer."
