While I had pre-paid for the room, I was asked to place a credit card on hold for incidentals, which is normal. At checkout, I confirmed we were all set (no charges). Later, I found my credit card had been charged over $100 for something. From the terrific baggage assistance by the driver of the airplane shuttle service (from and to) the airport, the efficient speedy check in, immaculate clean, fresh, attractive room to the delicious generous potions of ordered grilled snacks enjoyed in the cosy seating area. Along with this, the pleasant personalities of the helpful, efficient staff made this a hotel I would take the time to recommend to others and book again if travelling to Montreal."

"We had a wonderful recovery here after a long flight. The hotel is conveniently very close to the airport. Service is excellent here. Everyone we talked to at reception was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although we initially planned on only staying a day for rest and then continuing our trip to Ottawa, we extended another day because we enjoyed the space so much. Breakfast was very nice. There weren't any places to eat within walking distance, but they do provide some microwavable food options in the lobby. The pool was well kept and clean, but too small for swimming laps. Our train trip to Ottawa was late in the day, so after checkout we relaxed in the lobby with our luggage and did some work on our laptops, and we appreciated how accommodating everyone was."
