Best Teresina Hotels

Our stay was basically a night, we arrived well received, the children were c hungry and the buffet was only hot and it worked until 21hs ... a pq pen had not a handful time, but they were c faces of good appetite. But we don't get bad no... rrsds, attached to the hotel has a wonderful mass house. Do not lose the opportunity to meet. The very pleasant, clean, and good spaces( rare thing). Breakfast, well served and pleasant.

Na ala da frente pra rua os quartos são reformados e tem uma boa relação custo benefício. As suítes tem uma ante sala com sofá. Café da manhã, atendimento, estacionamento gratuito, ar condicionado, wi-fi, frigobar, cama e limpeza bons. O banheiro da suite tinha pequeno vazamento de água que deixava parte do piso molhado. TV de led com canais abertos. Boa localização com mercado, museu e rua climatizada perto.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

Estou tendo péssima experiência . Estou hospedada a 10 dias , e vou ficar mais 3 (infelizmente). O erro começou na chegada, me colocaram em um quarto no qual o ar condicionado estava quebrado, e não gelava ( estou em Teresina onde o calor é enorme). Pedi para me colocar em outro quarto, depois de uma certa resistência me colocaram em outro. Porém o outro quarto estava com o chuveiro dando choque , e a luz do quarto estava com mal contato, fazendo que ficasse bem escuro. Como iria ficar 13 dias hospedada, e preciso trabalhar no computador a noite, pedi no dia seguinte para concertar. No dia seguinte nada de concertar, abriram a iluminaria no teto deixaram o chão sujo de gesso, e não concertaram. Cheguei cansada do trabalho, a noite e vi que a situação continuava a mesma. Reclamei, e no dia seguinte concertaram somente a luz, e debocharam dizendo que colocaram refletor no quarto. O chuveiro continua dando choque até a data de hoje ( 06/09). Ontem (05/09) acordei cedo para tomar café da manhã e pedi para arrumar o quarto. Sai do hotel e fiquei fazendo hora na rua para dar tempo de arrumarem o quarto, fiquei 3 horas fora. Quando cheguei estava sem arrumar, mesmo com a placa de limpeza, e eu ter comunicado na recepção para arrumar. Tive que esperar a limpeza dos outros quartos, para limpar o meu. Hoje porém foi a coisa mais absurda, acordei, coloquei a placa para arrumação, e pedi para o rapaz na recepção para alguém limpar, que estaria dando uma volta para dar tempo de limpar. Liguei tempo depois para perguntar se havia limpado, e falei na maior gentileza se poderia pedir alguém para fazer, pois estava na rua somente para fazendo hora. O mesmo disse que a ordem que eles tem é de limpar primeiro os quartos dos hospedes que deram check out, e somente depois começaria a limpar de quem estava hospedado, e havia muitos quartos antes para limpar, mas poderia ficar esperando na recepção. Cheguei no hotel e tentei explicar (constrangida) o porquê da urgência, que estava cheia de cólica, e que a lixeira do meu banheiro estava entupida de modess usado, e que havia acabado o papel higiênico para me limpar. E se se não podia pedir alguém para limpar, ou me dar previsão de quando ia fazer para saber se iria ficar a tarde toda na recepção. Ele falou que não tinha previsão, e que somente lá para tarde iriam começar a limpar o meu andar. Perguntei se ele não podia perguntar para camareira., ele disse que não. Achei um absurdo!!! Falei que se não fosse alguém limpar, eu iria colocar a lixeirinha cheia de modess usado no corredor. Ele falou que não podia fazer nada, somente pedir alguém para me enviar papel higiênico. Subi no quarto, e coloquei as lixeirinhas entupida de lixo, com modess usado, etc... no corredor. Somente ai que apareceu alguém para limpar. Nota 0 em saber lidar com os hospedes. Tem que contratar mais pessoas para limpeza, e saber preparar melhor os funcionários que trabalham na recepção para resolver emergências. Fora outros pormenores que tive no ho

Positive points: air conditioning is well frozen although it is on the side of the bed (it should be on the head), hot shower with good shower, shampoo kit and sabbon, receipt with fast check-in. Negative points: rooms are not spacious but not very small, the problem is the wooden walls, which allow the noise to pass. Even in the bathroom, inside the box, it's gips, and you listen to everything in the other rooms, in the corridor ... The disaster is the very narrow beds, out of the pattern. They are horrible, some already deformed. The bedroom is old, sweet and sweet, the fridge is empty, the Wi-Fi is very unstable, the TV takes one or another channel and is not smart. Breakfast is simple and some jeni places music very high. Now the cat's shoe, after the room was cleaned, looks a stick on the table, I can't imagine what could have happened at that time I was out!
