The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

The room is OK, the space is about 20 flat, the table is quite big. The hotel's breakfast is also OK, there are different kinds of eggs to choose from, there are juice, cheese, cakes and the like, the juice seems to be freshly squeezed juice

I hired the flat monthly package, said I would work at home office and I needed peace, unfortunately, it was all I had not! The building's sound is very bad, the front neighbor had a dog that was not stopped to swallow. I called on the reception but the official was very thick with me and did not solve the problem. To worse the situation, the neighbor of the side pulled mobiles and cast objects on the ground! The academy is very weak. There are almost no devices. And when I tried to use the building was a disorder. The region is not attractive and is very dangerous.

O hotel é bem localizado, os atendentes são muito prestativos e educados, os quartos limpos e confortáveis e bem equipados, e o café da manhã excelente. Minha turma amou a estrutura do hotel. Poder fazer a pré-reserva por telefone facilitou muito. O único ponto negativo, apenas no meu quarto, foi que o ar condicionado estava com um barulho estranho.

Excellent location. There is a very good breakfast. They only need to improve the situation of the bathroom box that looks like a bathroom and it gets a lot of water stop causing disturbance at the time of the bathroom and also a little bad smell. There is a restaurant with very good home food and fair prices in front of the hotel and there is also a convenience shop close to.

For the arriving at Unicomp University - a place - it is possible to be very convenient. To the main institutions go 10-15 minutes. Around the park area. There are air conditioners. in and in rooms and in the room. They can sell some of the food and souvenirs. There are no shops nearby, maybe it's minus. English staff knows. Bar in rooms - for a separate fee.

For those who know Campinas: well located, near the road and the center. For those who do not know Campinas: is in a dangerous place, risky walking alone. New apartment, all refurbished. I just didn't like the bathroom door, which is glass. Good breakfast, I read some negative comments and I think they are old.. I had even mexed egg, cold, cake, more than one type of juice, cereals, fruit, etc, like any hotel. Two negative points: 1)parking, in fact, not available. There are about 4 or 5 vacancies in front of the establishment, insufficient for the rooms. My suggestion: come before, around 12 and walk in the centre until check in.. This is the way you save money with third-party parking. 2)Check-in time: 14 hours! It's too late ... Since the exit is 11.. small rooms do not require so much time for cleaning, that is not even perfect. I would like to see the Commission's proposals for a new programme for the Community's financial assistance.

GGuest UserThe WiFi in this hotel is the worst I have ever seen in the world. If you need work, don't stay in this hotel. Because the WiFi in this hotel can't even send messages, let alone be used for Internet conferences. Don't I understand that upgrading WiFi is expensive? Why not be willing to upgrade your WiFi signal

Hotel bem limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. Só não gostei das toalhas, pois estavam muito gastas e não eram felpudas, a ponto de ter falhas no tecido tanto das toalhas banho e rosto, além do tapete. Fora isto o restante estão de parabéns.

AAnnaSpacious room with desk, air conditioning, black out curtains and very well cleaned. Great shower even made washing my long hair quicker. In some hotels the shower hardly even comes out (it drips) and takes a long time to wash your hair, but not in this hotel, it was super quick. There are fire sensors in the rooms, making it safer. Breakfast was also very good, I tried a delicious tapioca “pudding” with coconut. There are fruits, cold cuts, eggs, various breads, cheese bread, homemade cream cheese, sweets and cakes…etc. large variety.
Regarding the leisure part, I can't describe anything because I didn't even have time to use them.

Pretty noise place for a weekend - early Sunday we were hearing a lot of noise in front of our bedroom

GGuest UserOur booking was made by Booking and said there was cable TV, but when we arrived there was no. The staff said they ”heard talk” some rooms had and others didn't. I never saw this in my life. The parking is charged, but they don't guarantee the vacation, i.e. you are parked when you arrive, you leave with the car, if you are busy when you come back, The manufacturer doesn't work on Saturday morning, so someone parked wrong and we're staying with the car ”catched” in the parking station until we find the guest. The shirts are small, they hardly cover one person and the lower, without elastic, vc lying in the shirt and waking up on the bedroom. I have a fridge supplied in the room, but they don't leave cups. I found a fridge caught on the foot of the table, which made me doubt about the cleaning of the room. The air conditioning, the shower and the hair dryer are good. Breakfast is well served and well rested. I have not evaluated as terrible only for these points.
