We loved our 3 night here. Visited for a concert nearby and have been so pleased with experience All correspondence before we arrived has been brilliant. The hotel is one minute from the tram in a nice area. There was a very friendly welcome and beer ready for us when we arrive. We were even loaned travel card to help us get around. Our bedroom was stunning. Breakfast was also great. We loved our stay and found everyone super helpful.

The Suites 124 provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Ixelles will find that the Suites 124 is a fantastic accommodation choice. With Forest-Est / Vorst-Oost just 3km away and Brussels National Airport only 17km away, transportation is very convenient. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Horta Museum, Avenue Louise and Tenbosch park all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Ixelles hotel provides parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

The location of the hotel is okay, but the decoration is too old and the bathroom water is very slow. It can only be said to be a makeshift stay! We booked three rooms and one of them leaked. . .

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.

Good base camp next to Brussels Midi station. The lady that works the day shift is friendly, the guy on nights was not. Ok for a brief stay if you are not spending most of your time in the room. Room was quite but pipes made some noise from other rooms. Cant complain for a one nights stay with train connections but if you are staying several days then may want to look around some more.

On good tram routes to stations and centre. Helpful staff and near some excellent cafes and restaurants. I return regularly. However is now in need of a lick of paint and new carpets. The breakfast room was ill equipped with no teaspoons, saucers for cups, basic coffee. Rather overpricef as it is rather scruffy.

The facility was very close to the railways station and tram/bus lines! Walkable distance. The property had staff that were very friendly and maintained the property very neatly! Cleaning of rooms was extremely well done!
