What a great little spot. It was a mid point for my daughter and I to have a quick catch up. I want to say we had the friendliest greeting and such a spic and span and clean place. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and we WILL stay here again to try to get some Mummy/Daughter time...when there is no time. Thank you so very much and keep up the great work. With a restaurant right next door it was super easy for us to have both dinner and breakfast together before life got in the way.

The motel was clean, the bedrooms are quite big and they also had a balcony. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was yummy. I would recommend this place if you are heading through Emerald or needing to visit this area

This is an older, basic motel but it’s just fine for an inexpensive overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, the shower was great, the bed was fine, and everything worked. A/C was quiet too. Get a room further back from the road if you can and the traffic won’t bother you. If you’re a visiting pilot (i.e. without a car) they might even collect you from the airport if time permits. As a bonus, they provide a simple free bacon and egg breakfast as well. Wendy the manager was great to deal with. What’s not to like?

There was no faulting the accommodation. We had a wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a comfortable lounge / dining area and a kitchen with everything you would need to prepare your own meals. We even had our own lock-up garage. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower amazing. The tap water did smell of chlorine, so we opted to use bottled water for drinking. The only negatives were the distance of the apartment from town and that it was located next to the water treatment plant. For a one night stay I would be unlikely to stay here again, but if I found myself in Emerald for more than a couple of nights, this would be the perfect place.

I stay here with my 92 year old grandma and she loved the room layout and when I asked the manager if I could get something for her to stand on in the shower (as she has trouble balancing in showers) they offer up the plastic chairs for her so she could sit in it. (it ended up not being needed but the great customer service was still very much appreciated) thank you

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Alison could not have been any more accommodating, friendly and just lovely for going above and beyond in making our stay the best and most comfortable that she could make it! We will definitely be back for a longer visit! We were in Emerald for a family wedding and most of the family were staying at the Emerald Inn….not one negative word was shared about our experience.

Excellent
Travelling 1800kms moving home along with 3 dogs so was a very stressful trip. Cannot recommend this motel enough, plenty room to exercise my dogs and food was great we ordered as takeaway and had in our rooms, helped up recharge ready for the next 8 hour leg of the journey. Beds, shower were tops and no noise so great sleep.

GGuest UserCould not be more helpful. We got a cip in windscreen, and local O'Brien's was not interested in fixing or helping. But reception could not be more helpful, giving us numbers and contacts for local and Longreach windscreen repairs. We found Che k in easy and friendly. The wonderful lady behind the bar was exceptional with service and friendly. The room was basic and clean, no complaints from us given its a country town, it was great. We also got a complimentary drink vouchet when we checked in to use at the bar.

Very Good
Great country pub and hotel. Stayed for a week with work, Service was great, clean and tidy room which was serviced daily. Nothing was ever a problem for the friendly staff who are happy to help with a smile. Meals were very tasty and good variety. Beer was cold! Will be returning!
