"Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property."

"Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.
Pros-
Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in."

"Very noisy, can hear outside traffic as well as the people above (we were woken up every morning at 6am to a heard of elephants and machinery above us, really unpleasant!), in addition the bed was extremely uncomfortable (no duvet, it’s a itchy blanket). The only thing good was the size of the place and the kitchen however the inside of the oven was filthy with greasy tin foil left over. Internet wasn’t the best speed and kept dropping. Overall wouldn’t stay here again."

"Comfortable stay, staffs are friendly and helpful, spacious apartments with near new equipment. Parking 30AUD/day , plenty of street parking which is free on weekends and from 6pm-8am weekdays. Gym equipments not so great as being same area with the pool, a lot of rust. Pool not so warm for winter swim."

"The most convenient hotel in Perth
1. Transportation: bus at the door, free bus at the back, no birds car rental next to Australia, parking is also available, 15 dollars a day.
2. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen, Airbnb configuration, hotel housekeeping service
3. The environment is amazing
4. The service is great, the front desk communication is super nice"

"Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."

"Hotel is fairly new with pops of refreshing colours in the room. The bed is softer than most hotels we stayed in, no issues with that unless one is used to firmer beds. We paid for breakfast buffet in advance and this was the best decision. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay as the food selection although not wide but the quality is top notch and suits our needs. Great value to purchase breakfast in advance.
If you drive, the location may not be idea as parking fees along the street is prohibitively expensive during the day from 8am to 6pm. To save on parking, you may have to drive off after 8am and come back to the hotel after 6pm to enjoy free parking."

"Quality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth."

SSeck HarThis trip to Perth we stayed 8 nights at this hotel. The secured parking is very good and convenient, The amenties are plenty. It is centrally located and can travel everywhere by car is so easy. Except the beds are too soft and the water pressure in the shower is too low and inconsistent flow of hot and cold water.

GGuest UserThis place is fabulous. The only reasons for slightly lower points on amenities are as yet there isn’t an afternoon or evening dining option and the location is at the far end of Adelaide terrace .. which isn’t bad .. just not a lot going on that end at the moment. However it is easy walking distance to east Perth which is good. Also fine for central city shopping .. around a 15 minute walk. I think as more is added in that location it will be even more fabulous.
Rooms are very smart and well maintained.
