Best Buenos Aires Hotels

The hotel is located in the Port District of Ellis on the plateau. The location is OK and the traffic is very inconvenient. The room in the hotel is still clean and the light is still fresh. The restaurant equipment of the hotel, the lobby on the first floor is relatively fine. But the service attitude of the bar and coffee room and knee socks are OK, the staff service at the front desk and concierge is OK, as for the first floor of the restaurant landscape on the top floor, you can see the far view of the entire capital. The seaside, personally think this hotel hotel facilities are clean and staff service attitude is OK, it should be said It was Argentina's service attitude was slow, and it took 20 minutes to enter the restaurant to start counting the cards and water, but this is not the only problem with this hotel, the whole of Argentina is like this.

I booked on behalf of my colleagues, and I didn't live here myself, but I asked questions via email, and the replies were timely and polite. Hope to try it myself next time.

Beat location, easy to call taxi and near to downtown key destinations. Slower wi-fi but enough with me. Good staffs who can speak English. But a bit older facilities but clean rooms. Supermarket is right in front of hotel, so convenient. Good choice with reasonable price!!

What a Disappointment the Faena Hotel is. NOT a 5 star hotel it once was. The bed in our room was more than 10 years over due for a change. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in a “5 star hotel” . The staff is rude if you are not Argentinian, typical for of a hotel that pays the staff practically nothing and a place no one tips. The bartender at the library was totally focused on taking to the ****** at the bar and totally ignored us sitting next to this loud obnoxious couple. The pool was freezing cold. Why can’t they heat the pool to take the chill off so you can enjoy the pool. The wait staff at the pool was slow to deliver the drinks or food at the pool and often confused the orders or never returned to deliver the correct order. The man at the checkin Juan Pablo is joke. He gave wrong information about the hotels offerings for the valentines dinners. I found out the evening of valentines that there was a Tango Show with dinner that included meat choices that the other restaurants were not offering. The Tango show and dinner was offered for $270 USD per person. I was offered $135 USD pp at the door or 48,000 Argentinian pesos which equals $270 pp. it had to do with the blue dollar. While I was negotiating with the man at the entrance to the Tango show I saw food coming from the Mercado restaurant through the lobby long lobby filled with people uncovered, how disgusting. We declined to eat or see the show. Do yourself a favor and stay at the holiday inn and save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and most of all disappoint in once was a fabulous hotel. They tell you that the hotel is full as well as the restaurants. That’s a lie, nothing at Faena is full except the arrogance they dish out.

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Excellent Location brilliant staff especially the front desk who could not have been more frienly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a safe part of Buenos Aires and walking out around the shops and eateries was a real pleasure. Hotel facilities were good and although our room was a little noisy (we never found out what was making the rumbling noise) it didn't spoil the stay. The room was well equipped and clean with every thing you need. Breakfast included was excellent, well stocked with a great variety of fresh and cooked food well presented. We would definately stay again when visiting Buenos Aires.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it has a simple breakfast and a very good breakfast. Iogurts, juice, water, peach, banana, meat, medals, puma bread, full bread, cake, mexed eggs, salsichone, cereals, powder chocolate, milk, coffee. We went out and arrived at the hotel with excellent work by the cleaning staff. The floor we stayed was retired, however, did not catch up with sleep or good experience. Habitación chica , baño bien pero el agua perdió la temperatura cuando me bañaba, la habitación tiene ventana al patio donde tiene salida la chimenea de la pizzería de planta baja, con un potente estractor de aire que tortura 24 hs al día, olor a pizza permanente en todos lados, en los servicios que ofrecen en la página mienten diciendo que tiene tv por cable y no es así. Esta promocionado como hotel 3 estrellas, no se si llega a 2,

I stayed with my mother for one night because of the hotel's proximity to the Movistar Arena. We loved the apart. We highlight the impeccable hygiene, the super comfortable beds. The facilities were very complete, the rooms looked very new. The internal patio is beautiful. In itself, it is quite an experience to stay in a former convent, even more so with the modern rooms and the comfortable accommodation. We would definitely stay again! :)
