The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. To start with, the rooms are filthy and the walls are covered in mold. They smell of smoke, have used cigarettes disposed of on the floor, and are unclean. The air conditioning does not work, and in fact makes the room even hotter. I had no window in my room and the toilet seat was taken apart. There is no shower door. Some of the rooms are infested with insects. The WiFi works and is good. The service was poor and I found the staff to be quite rude and indifferent about providing a positive guest experience. I rarely offer a personal opinion but I can affirmatively say that in all my life this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the only respite was the fact that Chongqing is an amazing and interesting city, and worth visiting. Albeit in a different hotel. 这家酒店唯一的优点就是它的位置。 首先，房间很脏，墙壁上长满了霉点。房间里弥漫着烟味，地板上散落着用过的香烟，而且很脏。空调坏了，反而让房间更热。我的房间没有窗户，马桶盖也拆开了。没有淋浴门。有些房间虫子成群。 WiFi 可以正常使用，而且信号很好。 服务很差，我觉得员工很粗鲁，对提供积极的客户体验漠不关心。 我很少发表个人意见，但我可以肯定地说，这是我这辈子住过的最差的酒店。唯一的安慰是重庆是一个神奇而有趣的城市，值得一游。尽管是在另一家酒店。

We realized we left our medical bag with all medications behind in their hotel the next day after we left the city. We tried to call them several times and only get them the next day. The same new rude receptionist told us they've cleaned the room & thrown everything away!!! I asked her to check with the aunties who clean up the room but she said they've knock off!!! How can anyone throw away a big black medical bag full of medications? Thats really terrible. I called them the next day hoping to get a different receptionist. Shes nicer but she say it wasnt there. Goodness! I'll never ever recommend this place to any of my friends! Stay at your own risk!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

We asked for a change of room and they immediately get us another one that meets our needs 👍 thank you & we'll come back again next time 👍 food street downstairs!

Just know that this is umm not a regency hotel the quality is not the best either. So if you want something cheap then go for it.

I had the single budget room with shared bathroom. The bed was alright, the rest unacceptable that I even shortened my stay from 2 to 1 night. There is a hole in the wall so you can hear the next room directly. The floor and the bedside table was very dirty. But the worst was the bathroom. It was really nasty and smelly. Also the hotel was hard to find in the first place. Staff was at least accepting my cancellation

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs, even if they give the room for free. It is too shady, you have to climb up and down 4 or 5 floors to get there, the blankets smelled of cigarettes so so badly, we reached at 1am but checked out at 2am cos we couldn’t manage to sleep in that room and we are not high maintenance when it comes to sleep. We are easy sleepers! For your own good, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will find much much better hotels at $10 more price but it is worth paying it.

Our experience in this hotel was really good. The room had all the basic stuff and the staff was friendly and helpful. All that for a low budget!

It's a complete mess. I was in a very happy mood when I came out to play, but it was ruined when I arrived at the hotel. There is no air conditioning, there are blood stains on the quilt, there are cockroaches on the floor, and the door cannot be closed. This hotel is the last one in your life. Don't book it. The money cannot be refunded. The owner ran away. There are many people at the front desk, but no one is responsible. There is no elevator in this hotel. Except for the geographical location, there is nothing good. In short, you will suffer a loss and be deceived if you come here. This hotel is basically on the verge of bankruptcy. I still hope that Ctrip can review it more.
