There’s no front office. I think it’s my mistake not contacting the CP beforehand, because when I asked around, there are some front office of other apartments and they help me to contact the owner of my apartment. And unfortunately when I entered my room, the water was leaking. I informed the owner and they were very helpful. I ordered two rooms, both of them are good enough as I expected. The only thing that need to be improved is the towel, they only gave us disposable towel.

Pros: Quiet, air-conditioned, convenient apartment right in the middle of town with attractions nearby and tons of restaurants below. Washing machine and hangers also available. Overall great value for the price we paid. Cons: Just so expectations are managed, this is an old, and I mean OLD apartment. The combined toilet and bathroom floods when showering, thus requiring the use of the provided water sweeper to drain water into the tiny drain hole. Due to the moisture retention via the pipes, the toilet and kitchen sink smells bad. Additionally, only disposable toiletries, disposable towels, and disposable cups are provided and replaced every day upon request, there's no cleaning service at all, apart from the rubbish being cleared. While the contact person in-charge was kind and responsive, she simply left the replacement toiletries on the table on our last day and forgot the cups. This could be improved, in addition to doing the administrative check-in work of taking pictures and filling out our details on the police app on her phone, instead of making us guests do it (it should be the host's responsibility?). Finally, the third (single) bed is just a hard mattress board, though luckily there were plenty of spare duvets to cushion the base.

I love Chongqing. The people there are as warm as the weather. The room I booked online was beyond my expectations. The location is convenient for everywhere. The room is very clean. There are many delicious foods downstairs. I am looking forward to visiting Chongqing again and staying here.

The location is great. The subway station is just downstairs, and Jiefangbei and Shiba Ladder are nearby. The one-bedroom, one-living room apartment with two beds and a partition between them is very cozy. The biggest problem is the poorly designed bathroom. It's too small and lacks a sink, so the water overflows every time I shower. The bathroom trash can is too small and fills up quickly. The toilet paper is also miniature, which is not enough for the four of us. We couldn't get mineral water early enough even though we were staying for several days. It was so hot, we had to wait for water, but it wasn't given even if we asked for it. Finally, the elevator was extremely difficult to get.

The location is good, with well-developed businesses and transportation around. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good. The twin beds are two large beds in two rooms. The air conditioning in the lobby is a bit weak, and it is obviously not as cool as the bedroom. It is a pity that there is no socket next to the bed in the lobby and you can't charge while playing. Overall, it is worth the money.

The boss is very nice and can store luggage. It is very close to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Shibati, close to the subway, and the food street downstairs is affordable. This is a good place

The room is very large. The room is not facing the street, so it is very quiet. The mattress is very comfortable and the quilt is soft and skin-friendly, which is very good! The decoration is a bit old, but everything is very useful. The gas water heater has a sufficient water output, and it is very refreshing to take a shower. The location is also very good. It takes two or three minutes to walk from Exit 6A of Jiaochangkou Metro Station. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop downstairs. It is 500 meters to Jiefangbei. Someone comes to change the garbage bags every day, and the service is very good. I will stay here again when I come to Chongqing!

The B&B is very close to the subway entrance, and travel is very convenient. It is nearby the Eighteenth Ladder, and downstairs is the snack and pedestrian street, which makes eating and shopping very convenient. However, the environment is a bit noisy, and the hygiene is barely acceptable.

The room is in a good location, close to the subway station, the tourist bus pick-up point and the Eighteen Ladders. The surrounding is very lively and close to the vegetable market. You can walk to Jiefangbei and Honglaidong.

Convenient transportation, complete facilities, elegant environment, many shopping and dining options, the landlord is enthusiastic and responsive, Chongqing people are very friendly, and they are detailed, patient and proactive in guiding when asking for directions.

We booked two rooms, one of which faced the Eighteenth Ladder, with a great view and a nice environment. The environment of the other room on the 27th floor was extremely bad. The mirror on the wall was facing the bed, and I couldn't sleep at night because of the mirror. The toilet was very poor and old, and it was a squat toilet. The socket had no electricity and sparks, so we didn't dare to use a hair dryer to blow dry our hair. The projector broke down halfway through the viewing. The scariest thing was that there was a small door behind the projection screen, and I didn't know where it led to. It was so scary! I didn’t dare sleep the second night, luckily the landlord canceled our stay!
