When we got there, there was no parking at all so they’re doing construction and this is what happened to us. We got room 231 as we went inside and we noticed the door was stuck a little so we didn’t think too much of it and when we need to leave to go get some ice, we couldn’t get out our room. The door was stuck we called the front desk nobody would answer for hours. It was kind of scary so we let him know at the front desk. We finally were able to get out the door and they didn’t even accommodate us for anythingelse

Under construction. Breakfast was only ok. Others were good.

The hotel only provides a simple breakfast. The hotel is being renovated, but no noise affected me during my stay. The room we stayed in should have been renovated, very trendy and clean, which is a good choice

1- Poor hygiene, cockroaches at the door 2- The environment is okay and there are places to eat 3-Poor service, even calling room service was ignored 4-Poor facilities, especially breakfast

There is nothing to comment on, all aspects need improvement and improvement

The service is good and there are few places to eat around.

The room is okay, but the supporting facilities are not good.

The room is big enough, the American breakfast is really not flattering, the price is not high, going to Los Angeles is like going to a big country, and it is impossible to do without a car.
