Location is perfect and a really clean hotel. However, not many amenities provided (for e.g no toothbrush,etc and need to pay for slippers)

The service here was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the restaurant there twice and each time was great. Loved the food and aesthetic. The room was clean and spacious for a standard king room and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

The room is good.

The room is not soundproof, and the sound from the corridor can be heard clearly. The sanitation has to be urged before someone comes to clean up. Overall it is pretty good and the surrounding area is quite convenient.

Very central hotel with excellent facilities and services. Free coffee and water. Very comfortable bed. There is a bar downstairs. Modern and welcoming.

Although it was a bit pricey, the location was good so it was easy to get around on foot. It was also close to a bus stop so it was easy to get around by public transportation.

The location is very good, very close to my relatives' house, and I didn't even need to go through a traffic light to get there. I was a little worried when I saw the low reviews. But after I got here, I found that it was pretty good.

There was a fee of 93$ plus insurance or something I don't know, another 100$. The employee said it would be refunded. 100$ given on check out day Asked for a receipt and was told to give a check-out date. On the check-out day, they said they would transfer 100$ to the card we used to swipe, which is SCB's planet card. It would take another month for the money to be credited to the card. Feeling worried about whether the money will really come in?

I arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the evening. They actually had no room and told me to find another hotel. It was late at night and I was cold and hungry. Where could I find another hotel? I had no choice but to go to my friend's room. After staying there all night, I canceled the room for the next day in the morning. I didn’t know if my money would be refunded.
