I booked a room through Trip and it was pretty good. It was on the top floor and there was a balcony and terrace. It was a pity that I couldn't go out to see the night view and the scenery because it was raining. The room on the 12th floor was quite quiet and not noisy. There were children from the Little League team downstairs, which should be very noisy. The online booking counter staff could not find my file. It took them more than ten minutes to find it.
