Do not stay here! We arrived to find no staff at reception. After parking, we walked towards where we heard some music and found all the staff sat by the pool. The resort was untidy and very smelly. We decided to forfeit the nonrefundable room booking and drove back to Chiang Rai to another hotel.

I would like to thank your service and all team members who are working in this hotel. Thank you again for your warm heart and your kindness. I promise i will back again in this heavenly place. Your hotel 🏨 is amazing.

Review: Chiang Rai Lake Hill Hotel ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Chiang Rai Lake Hill Hotel offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, but my experience was mixed. I arrived at 6 PM to find both the restaurant and bar closed, which was disappointing with no nearby dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the natural surroundings were lovely, but limited services in the evening affected the overall experience. It’s a nice spot for relaxation, but better communication about available amenities would improve the stay.

We booked 4 rooms for a family trip: 3 double rooms and 1 single room. None of the double rooms were satisfactory. Issues included peeling paint on the walls, a very musty-smelling wardrobe, a broken AC remote, and even swarms of ants in the shower. The complimentary soap and shampoo had congealed, so thankfully I had brought my own. The single room, however, was perfectly fine with no problems. Ironically, the hairdryer seemed to be the newest item in the room. I assume this is an older resort that has been operating for a long time and doesn't receive many guests, which explains its current state. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance was very peaceful (aside from the morning intercom announcements, that is =.=). The pool area offered a great view, and they even had several peacocks housed in cages.

Nice resort,rooms simple but good value for money

Location is really far from town and no any restaurants are nearby. Also can't order any food from the hotel...hot water also not ok..just a short time only

The hotel provided the wrong room originally and we had to move and then the swimming pool was out of use so we couldn’t even use that

I loved this place, if ever come back to ChiangRai will definitely come here again. The only disadvantage is location, it’s pretty far away from everything. But if have car or bike it’s not a problem.

It’s beautiful resort I love it so silent

Nice place for escape from everything and take rest , very nature place , beautiful pool, huge park arround hotel , very peaceful, breakfast suddenly I skipped

It’s a bit silent from the main road but I like the view and the stuff service.

The location is on the hillside, quiet, suitable for relaxation and escaping the flood in Chiang Rai during 10-13 Sept. 67. The reception staff provided good service and provided complete information. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked well. There was a hair dryer, face and body towel, two wardrobes, a TV with a clear signal in the room, complete equipment, a charger, and a lot of batteries. 555+ Two beds, eight compartments, separate wet and dry bathrooms, 200 baht key deposit, beautiful swimming pool and mountain view, and many bird cages to walk around and watch, such as peacocks. Anyone who likes bird watching should find this place suitable for activities.
