Great location from the airport. Has Airport shuttle. Great view to the pool! Clean hotel. The food is expensive. 

I tried doing a cancellation and paid for my extend fee till 6pm, but the trip.com replied to my room cancellation about the hotel only allowed 72hours in advance booking cancellation. The front desk was aware of the whole situation and they didn’t tell me about it, I ended up paying double for just a room extension.. I was quite disappointed about this situation.

they dont let me check in before 2 and they ask for more money if i want an early check in ( half the room price $$ ) we were arrive early around 7 and very jet lagged .

Service was excellent. I flew into LA well before my check in time and I was able to do early check-in rather than wait for the usual check in time. Checking I was a quick process.

First of all, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is nothing in the room. Slippers and toothbrushes are not available according to regulations, but there is no bathrobe or coffee! Water costs $7 a bottle, and WIFI costs $18.99 a day. Second, the doors in the room that can move horizontally will move automatically and can't be closed tightly, causing the bathroom to be full of water. Then the air conditioner is clearly turned off, but the sound is still loud, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. If you come to Los Angeles Airport to catch a flight, avoid lightning, avoid lightning, and avoid lightning at this hotel! BTW, Ctrip's parking fee is $40 a day, but it is actually $60 a day!
