Great location from the airport. Has Airport shuttle. Great view to the pool! Clean hotel. The food is expensive. 

I tried doing a cancellation and paid for my extend fee till 6pm, but the trip.com replied to my room cancellation about the hotel only allowed 72hours in advance booking cancellation. The front desk was aware of the whole situation and they didn’t tell me about it, I ended up paying double for just a room extension.. I was quite disappointed about this situation.

they dont let me check in before 2 and they ask for more money if i want an early check in ( half the room price $$ ) we were arrive early around 7 and very jet lagged .

Service was excellent. I flew into LA well before my check in time and I was able to do early check-in rather than wait for the usual check in time. Checking I was a quick process.

Close to the airport, parking is expensive and luggage cannot be stored. The store downstairs is expensive.

Arrived in LA at night. The hotel is close to the airport and is a good choice for a place to stay at night. The room has a large terrace and you can see the sunrise if you get up early. The toilet is a bit small. Parking costs $55 per night. Overall, it is OK. The front desk service is good. It is also close to the car rental location. The hotel has a shuttle bus for pick-up.

I checked in as a member and was given two breakfasts. I went to the lounge late the next day, so I was arranged to have breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor. The front desk was very nice. I remember parking was more than $60 a day, and I parked in a nearby parking lot for more than $20 a day.

The room faces the swimming pool, which feels good. Parking is very expensive, charging $66/night. Wi-Fi is charged if you are not a member. I applied for membership at the front desk, but did not receive an email (with the login password), so I had to use my own mobile data. Breakfast is not included.
