Freaking noisy

The hotel offers family-friendly rooms and is conveniently located on a university campus. The surroundings are lovely, and it's incredibly quiet at night. We particularly appreciated being able to walk directly from the campus to the night market opposite Chiang Mai University. Definitely great value for money.

The rooms are quite spacious. Located on a university campus, it's very quiet, with the Business School right next door. There's also a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor.

Additionally, the location of the hotel near the airport runway means it’s quite noisy due to planes taking off and landing frequently. On a positive note, the hotel does provide free breakfast to all rooms, including options such as toast, fried rice, and tea or coffee. This is a thoughtful touch for budget travelers, though it doesn’t completely offset the other challenges. While the location might be convenient for those needing quick access to the airport, the noise levels and overall experience may deter those seeking a relaxing stay. I wouldn’t strongly recommend this hotel unless you prioritize affordability and a quick breakfast over comfort and convenience.

Without private transport, it is difficult to reach this hotel as it is located inside a college. There isn’t much facility except car park.
