Spa Hotels in Chengdu

Sia, she is the one who can speak English to communicate with our dirver. She helped us everything (carrying the luggage,talking with driver) and she’s very kind nice and pretty 💗

The rooms are large, tidy and clean. Staff are courteous, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic, service standards overall are high. Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to 天府广场 and 人民公园, and the 熊猫基地 is only a 30 minutes ride away.

This Ritz-Carlton hotel is in an excellent location for families. The Taikoo Li and IFS shopping area is only a few minutes away by metro or Didi. The Chengdu Panda Reserve Base is a very reasonable distance (30 minutes drive). The facilities are very nice. The lobby has a great view from the 25th floor. The cafe there also has good coffee and food. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent coat closet. The bathroom is one of the best-equipped we have seen. It has a fully-equipped Toto bidet (automatic opening lid, washing, drying, warming), a convenient hair-dryer outlet inside the drawer, a nice tub and shower. We had the twin room (which was really full-size beds) that was plenty of room for us and our son. Each bed already came with 4 pillows each. All the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. Especially Lucia Shang at the front desk reception. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions (in English). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and well-equipped facilities.

Hotel room feels dated and you could visibly see from the facilities. Toilet could not be flushed down and it was not cleaned after fix, some delays here and there. While this happens, I still want to give credit to Front Desk Atina, June and the Housekeeping Attendant who cleaned my room, think her name is Yoyo whom had been very pleasant throughout the interaction. They made an effort to ensure you are taken care off. Thank you to above 3 team members whom turned the experience around.

We had the suite including the package for high tea and breakfast in the executive lounge, which we found absolutely worth the price Nice and helpful staff, at the front desk as well as shoe cleaning, in room dining, room cleaners.... Very good customer experience. The room was exceptionally clean and also looked after by the staff a few times during the day. Also the pool area was very clean and enjoyable, we just missed a steam room and a sauna.

City Room view okay acceptable, did not manage to get a room to face the bridge direction which might be better to see the river lights. Veey close to the Ansung bridge and have a family mart downstairs which is convenient to get snacks and drinks. Heard take 9 mins walking fo MRT station line 2, next time will try walking. This trip is business so got no time to try the swimming pool. Only manage to walk to back lanes and found local foods and is delicious and good price.

Kylie was always available, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and valued. Her enthusiasm and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of the hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the delicious breakfast spread or the immaculate common areas, it was clear that this hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction. Thank you, Kylie, and the entire team, for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning and recommending Temple House to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

We were not disappointed, in fact the stay exceeded expectations. Not only were the rooms in traditional style, they were clean and well maintained. Also, the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were helped with our heavy luggage by the team including 小李 to check-in and to our rooms. The hotel compound itself is worth a visit with historic buildings and even antique cars. Location is great as the main entrance opens to the attractions at 文殊院.

We had a wonderful experience at the Minyoun Hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. For the duration of our stay, we enjoyed the breakfast because there were different options each day. More importantly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The location of the hotel is near the river where there is a plethora of local food street vendors and restaurants as well as karaoke bars. I recommend any traveler to stay at the Minyoun while visiting Chengdu!!

a neat botique hotel in an outstanding location of Taikoo Li, soaking up the tremendous ambience of traditional Chengdu local vides with the ultra modern architecture. Very friendly and helpful service and price point is also excellent offering great value
