Location: Perfectly located in the heart of George Town, close to attractions and CAT Penang free bus service Rooms: Clean, modern, and comfortable with good amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and strong Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s a great value for money, offering comfort and convenience in a prime location.

Check in was quick. Free parking. But the only snag is you need to manoeuvre carefully between floors especially if you drive a big car. Other than that I'm happy with everything. This fire station that's near the hotel is a great place to snap some photos too.👇👇

Hotel interior is modern and immaculate, despite its original colonial facade. Location is excellent. Hardly 10 minutes walk from the jetty and very convenient if you travel by ferry. It's also close to the central heritage heart of Georgetown, namely Armenian St, Chinatown and Little India. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable. Breakfast spread is limited but tasty, especially the warm waffles. Special thanks to the doorman who holds the door for me everytime i pass through. Overall, a satisfactory stay. Will definitely come back again here.

My sis and I went to Penang for a vacay and we randomly picked this place we saw some reviews and didn’t expect anything but it turned out so well. The place is so clean and new and comfy and so impressive , the staff are quite helpful and willing to communicate with foreigners like us. The location is located a bit away from the art street but still walkable and not too busy. Thus I would highly recommend this place to others who may come to Penang ,super love 🥰💕

Modern Ambience, clean and comfortable room. Location nearby Jetty and Lebuh Pantai. Complimentary indoor private parking is included. Overall, great stay.

Overall, the hotel is great. The only area of improvement is the services that provided by the reception counter, especially the guy wearing specs. He is very unfriendly.

Overall the stay is nice, location is at town area, room size is big, clean only the sewage piping noice not pretty good because you can hear water flushing very clear at room

One of the best that I ever stay. I am not sure how long this hotel been here, but it's well maintained, good standard hotel. Kettle, hair dryer, iron, iron board all are in the room.

New hotel but breakfast not many varieties. But the unacceptable thing is the very strong smell of sewage when you feel it on the veranda. This smell is felt around the hotel and even around other buildings. The Penang government needs to take seriously the issue of sewerage with the poor condition of the city.

Reviews plays a big part for me when booking a hotel, first time in Penang and i have read so many good reviews abt this hotel so i booked it….unpleasant service I may say….worst ever, been travelling a lot and this is the only place I faced such horrible service coming from a CHINESE, front desk person named WJ, asked for help to change money as the grab rider have no change, he replied me with an arrogant/unpleasant demeanor (I humbly asked for help, he answered me how to help you i dont have)u guys being in the service line should know how to handle guests, not just shoo them away, u already cant help but with the tone of voice u used and the way you reacted is just not acceptable, im helpless thats why i asked…..u need to attend to guests request be it small or big because thats how you represent your hotel…:if u cant help at least be empathetic and dont act disdainful….i have known people from service line who goes an extra mile to help customers and thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! working with a heart! -not the only awful experience we had—- first day asked for early check in but cant help its ok we waited until 3 at the lobby but 3pm didnt even approached us to check in, we are just there right in front of their eyes, not even a busy day, only 3 guests , 2nd day asked for room to be made over came back changed bed sheet but empty water bottles left on tables iron placed on floor. Thats ok can close one eye but the service I experienced today at the reception is way too infuriating/maddening! Wrong choice of hotel for me I REGRET… Happened 845am/ 22 Nov 2024
