The mansion (hotel) is located in a very convenient area—close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful and serene environment. The rooms and services are in excellent condition. In particular, the service counter staff member 小璐 went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were well-informed about the must-visit spots in Chengdu.

This is my first time giving a bad review of a hotel. You guys are exaggerating! 1. They didn't finish cleaning the room until 5:30 PM, leaving us waiting for an hour. They said the previous guest checked out late, so how could they expect to check out at 3 or 4 PM? Terrible management! 2. This hotel is pet-friendly, and I have no problem with pets, but the hygiene is terrible. There are fleas. They bit my husband and son badly. It definitely wasn't mosquitoes. It was a lovely inn with several low-rise buildings arranged in a courtyard that matched the image of the nearby Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The English-speaking staff made an effort to speak to us in English, which made it a very good place to stay. The laundry service, which is also available at Manshin, was also very helpful.
