I am very happy to stay here. You must come here when you come to Chengdu. The check-in is convenient and fast. I especially praise the staff who checked me in. They asked me if I had any special requirements and arranged a non-smoking room for me. Location: It is only a few dozen meters from Niuwang Temple. There are many special restaurants downstairs. Hotel facilities: sufficient drinks, mineral water, and supplies are carefully selected. The bed is super comfortable to sleep ~ especially suitable for me who suffers from insomnia when going out. Breakfast: rich and varied, with fruits, yogurt, noodles, and a wide variety. I feel much better after drinking and eating noodles at night. Finally, thank you for all your efforts. Friendly and very helpful staff. Their hospitality really warming which make me feel welcoming. Room is clean and very nice design which very suitable for couple . The breakfast also quite nice , which there also have every night special dessert for every guest who want, and the staff will bring over to your room.

I stayed in the XL Size Room With Two Beds, The room, shower and toilet area is modern, well-furnished and clean. Do take note the shower + toilet might have translucent walls. The service staff are very outgoing and helpful, there is also a 24h laundry service. It is within walking distance to Minle station. This will be my hotel of choice if I visit Chengdu in future.

The room was very well arranged and there was no extra charge on weekends. Glory and Emma at the front desk provided great service and made us feel at home. The western restaurant on the third floor happened to have a Christmas buffet on the weekend and it was very lively and quite good. Only after arriving did I realize that Oaks and Tivoli are in the same building, and Oaks is an apartment-style building. For conference accommodation, the price/performance ratio is superb, highly recommended.
