I only stayed for 1 night, there was a weird smell & the room was stuffy.

Serve? No service. When things happen, they just shirk their responsibilities and are indifferent. The car parked in the parking space in front of the hotel was damaged by the hotel security. The hotel will not apologize or compensate. I will go to the police and court~ The front desk pushed the manager, and the manager pushed the store manager. The store manager is better , evaporated I would like to remind everyone of the business card of the manager at the front desk of the hotel. It is useless to look at it. I have called you. Maybe the family matter is a bit serious and no one can answer it~~ I understand. No one has taken the initiative to contact me since the incident on the 26th. I have made dozens of calls in total, including the complaint number of Huazhu Club. Even if a company leaves a contact number, it will never contact the customer. The same goes for the front desk. No one has ever taken the initiative to say a word to me, not even an apology. Without telling the truth, I asked about the damage to the vehicle and was told that it was caused by another owner moving my car. As a result, I spent two or three days looking for information about the other owner. Later, I watched the complete surveillance video at the police station and found out that the hotel security guard moved my vehicle back and forth more than ten times while it was in gear and violently stepped on my gear lever, causing damage to the vehicle. I was also a tourist from out of town and worked non-stop the day before the incident. I drove 1,500 kilometers from Beijing to Changshu and encountered such a thing. I couldn’t even get the results of the treatment. To say the least, it ruined the image of the entire city of Changshu.

So disappointed with this hotel! ! The hygiene of the room was worrisome, the pillows were too dirty, and there was no hot water for bathing at night. I came back after 8 o'clock and waited until after 10 o'clock before calling to tell them that the water tank was broken. They were told to wait for half an hour. It had just been repaired and needed to wait. I called at 11 o'clock. The front desk said that we still have to wait, and then contacted Ctrip customer service. The customer service contacted us and told us that we would have to wait for another hour and a half. The most annoying thing was that the front desk called after 11 o'clock and asked me to change rooms. They said that there was hot water in other rooms (in fact, there was no hot water at all), but I refused. When I woke up the next morning, there was still no hot water. I was so angry that I kept putting it off, waiting and waiting, and putting it off again and again! ! There was no hot water on such a cold day. Not only was they not informed in advance, but their attitude was extremely bad! !

When traveling to Changshu, I chose Starway Hotel (Qinhu Branch). The hotel rooms are neat and clean. There are many varieties of breakfast. The location is even more convenient. It is opposite Qinhu Park and the business district. Good options for eating and walking

The room is very clean and large. The service is also very good. The breakfast variety is also very complete. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will come back if necessary in the future.
