Very old rundown rooms, need renovation (the wardrobe doors were broken). There are no English speaking staff.

the room was big enough but full of noises, the air condition is noisy and started every 30 minutes 😑 windows not fixed and street sounds clearly was in the room , i cant sleep there after 14hours flight the breakfast was ok wc was too old and should be renewd if you want to go there take this list with you slippers , tooth brush and adaptors

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

The hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

It was a ver awful experience. We were charged twice due to trip.com failed to communicate with hotel about payment issue. However, it’s not trip.com issue but Wyndham São Paulo paulista problem. It’s basically impossible to get in touch with the hotel. The only department that you can successfully talk to hotel is when you wanna make reservation. Anything other than reservation, you will never gonna be able to connected through. Sincerely, don’t make reservation of the hotel with prepay… or you will endeuses up like me, charged twice. I made the reservation with room prepaid, and when I checked in at the hotel, the receptionist is only able to find the reservation number but the hotel said they can’t find any information about the prepaid confirmation and I had to use my credit card to make a pre-authorized charge at the check in. During the stays I tried to resolved the issue by contacting the trip.com, and they actually were been very eager in helping out to solve the issue; however, the main issue that the problem wasn’t solved is because no matter when you call or how long you wait on the phone, no one will answer the call. Even you talking to the receptionist, they will simply tell you that there is nothing he/she can do because it’s reservation matter and not financial matter that the trip.com should call and try to contact with, which trip.com did; and Wyndham simply ignore the call and never picks it up. So, another thing I did was calling trip.com in front of the receptionist to have the hotel personnel to talk directly with trip.com; then when I’m about to pass the phone to the supervisor of the hotel, she refused to talk and only answered that she is already writing the email to get in touch with trip.com to solve the matter, which it was a lie because she said that trip.com never replied to her. Gosh… how can she lie to my face! My recommendation is that don’t prepay anything, pay at the hotel to avoid any payment issue. Wyndham tells sucks!!!!

The breakfast is very good! There are many fast food options in the foot court on the 3rd floor of the shopping center on Paulista Street nearby. It is very convenient. There is a park nearby for leisure, and it is also close to the Museum of Modern Art.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The location is convenient, 500 meters away is Paulista Avenue. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is OK. The air conditioning in the room is not cooling, the shower water is very small, and the toilet is not easy to flush.
