Nice hot spring in the room. The cleanliness can be improved, Not as expected. The breakfast is okay.

It's on a hill so it might be a bit difficult to walk, but there's a shuttle bus to the station. The staff were really friendly and the facilities were clean. Above all, the hot spring water was so good that I would visit again.

The hotel rooms are super big, the service of the staff is super good, the breakfast is super exquisite, it is a treasure-level six-star hotel with no shortcomings!

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. It was clean, and it seemed like a smoking room, but there was no smell at all. Yasunaga is famous for its good water, and it was the best! The water in the Cheongtang was really, really good. There was a separate hot spring in the room, so I went to the hot spring a lot. The water was really soft and nice. The food was delicious, and I had a good rest. The delivery person was also really nice, and it was the best!

Very good hot spring experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The hotel staff were kind and polite, with smiles on their faces. There was a male staff member who spoke Mandarin who patiently introduced me. I felt very friendly even though I didn’t understand Japanese.

I felt it would be nice to allow guests to drop in to the hot springs in the evening.

The service staff helped us take our luggage from the car to the room, and served ice cream and green tea when we checked in. Full marks for service! The room is large and includes a private bath. The hot spring water is slippery and makes sleeping very peaceful at night. The outdoor bath in the large bath is super beautiful and comfortable. The hotel provides socks, skin cleansing cream, bathrobes, reusable bags, etc., all free of charge This room type is only 1,700 yuan, which is more than 4,000 yuan in the past. The price-performance ratio is extremely high! I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come! Highly recommended!

I chose this place just because of the hot springs. I was impressed by the staff who tried to explain in Korean as much as possible even though they could not speak both Japanese and English. They were very friendly and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. There is no need to say anything about hot spring water. Good good!!

The location is a 10-minute drive from Yufuin Station, but there is also a shuttle bus, and the overall service was so kind and great! Next time I travel to Fukuoka, I want to stay for 2 nights!
