The hotel is within walking distance from Hakata station and the room is clean. The hotel also provide free simple brekfast and beverages.

Decent size room and rather clean. No free water though there is simple breakfast with bread for every travellor so there is no need to pay for them

All services are amazing. My husband and I stayed for three nights. It was quiet. They give us new towels and new garbage bag everyday. We put our litter at the door every morning when we go out. Stuffs are very polite and helpful. Definitely will come again.

Very close to the main station, Hakata. Even it doesn’t provide breakfast for purchase, there’s still light breakfast for free!

Walkable distance to hakata station, onsen is available long hours and coffee machine always available

loved the convenience of the location, it was less than a 10 minute walk from hakata station which is the meet up place for klook tours. loved the free pajamas (for use, not for take home) and the different bread selection for bfast every morning the staff were soooo nice loved it

The hotel is very close to the Hataka station, just 4 minutes walk. The room is nicely designed, though compact but you still have room to open a big luggage. The breakfast is just bread and coffee, self-served, so don't expect too much . Overall, not bad, can stay again for next visit to Fukuoka.

Clean hotel with self-service amenities corner. Public bath is really too small though.

Such a convenience hotel to relax and release. The hot spring is not big but the opening hrs is to midnight. It is very nice. Around five mins walking from metro station to Wing Hotel

every things were good with this hotel, good location, room is clean and tidy, not too small, the lounge is large with books magazines and coffee machine, basic amenities at the front desk, spa and coin laundry. this hotel only has one elevator to the rooms which need to wait a bit longer to get in, and the spa was too small, 3 portions for shower and the pool was bed sized like, 2 coin laundry and cloth dryer machines which end up to wait.

close to HAKATA JR and metro station with Lawson right opposite to the hotel, there is onsen in the hotel and laundry+ drying machine as well

Overall satisfied with the hotel with the exception that it is very very expensive compared to my hotels in japan! Do not know if this is the hotel or trip over charging!

The rooms are narrow. clean. Check in on the 2nd floor. He is also good at English. Free coffee and water on the 2nd floor. Breakfast provided. The communal bathhouse is suitable for about 4 people. About 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There are also two convenience stores nearby. Seattle's Best Coffee is across the street.
