Good hotel to stay next to IFS Changsha and proximity to walking street. 3 star hotel

We are a family of 3 and have only 2 middle size luggage. The room space we book is suppose to be 28m to 35m so we will totally caught by surprise when there is totally no space to place our luggage in the room at all (let alone open it). I ended have to move the room sofa out of the room in order to create space to place our luggage. The spacious picture shown during booking do not match the actual room size at all. Also there is totally no view from our room windows though upon booking there is an option to request for view. Lastly for the price we pay, you can easily find bigger and better size room of the same location.

I had a fantastic experience at Tai Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like high-quality toiletries and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was perfect — close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. I also loved the breakfast buffet. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and they were always ready with helpful recommendations about the area. Other than that, they also provided the laundry service which 荔枝姐姐 the cleaner is friendly and nice. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Location is the main reason I pick this hotel. It is a gem hiding in a small street. My first impression was that it is an okay hotel and I did not expect too much. As soon as I arrived at 6th floor (The hotel front desk is at 6th floor), my opinion started to change. The front desk people are very helpful. Check-in is easy. Our room was on 3rd floor. The room key can only go to your floor. Once we entered the room, it impressed us a lot. Our room was not big but good enough. The automatic room system works OK, you can ask the system to perform tasks. however it is far from perfect.  The most impressing thing in the room is the dual pan window. Since we are the close to the wuyi square, which is very busy day and night. Once we close the window, we could barely hear anything outside. Also, room services are great. We stayed there for three evenings and we ordered breakfast around with the room. The breakfast was great. I was impressed that they change half of food every day. Most important is their free laundry services; they come to your room to pick up your dirty clothes , wash and dry your clothes and then bring it back to you. we are very impressed with this hotel and I will definitely stay there again when I come to Changsha next time.

Located right in front of IFS, very convenient to get around. As a foreigner, the hotel staffs were very helpful. Really thankful for the staff working in the midnight shift for helping me book a ticket to Orange Island （橘子洲） since I didn’t have a Mainland China line. Also, shoutout to 荔枝姐姐for the great service in preparing late night snacks. Rooms were also clean! They have a small gym and laundry area too!

Hotel is in great location. Foods everywhere once you step out of the hotel. Breakfast variety is not bad. Only 1 lift is available.

The hotel location is superb. Very convenient for shopping and night out. We had booked the non-smoking room but our room is smell smoke. Too bad!

Tai hotel is just nice. In the middle of the busy street and everywhere is food.

Don't be fooled by the outer appearance, the inside of the hotel is quite nicely done up.  Room is spacious for the price range, with other services like laundry washing which is nice. Staffs are nice and friendly. Hotel is opposite of IFS which is quite convenient.

One of the better hotels in China. Good location and service staffs. Highly recommended.

We were allowed to check in early, clean room, very good location walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

Wonderful stay! It's located at the WUYI square opposite IFS. Nearest metro station is around 5-10min walk. The services are wonderful! Free laundry and drying service and also free airport or train station luggage delivery. Ive arrived early morning to Changsha and they offer free luggage storage. When departing, my flight is at night time, they helped me to deliver my luggage to airport so I'm luggage free and able to go few more places without burden! Replied WeChat messages fast and solve my problems well! Wonderful, good job 👍
