the place is very close to all the hit places in changsha and connected to mall. the cleaning service is also very clean and nice. spacious, bed is comfortable. really enjoyed the mahjong table. hotel room surroundings are quiet.

This service hotel has everything a family needs. Great food and attractions all around. The owner was communicative and helped us find the correct entry way late into the night. Note, WeChat and Chinese communication is likely required to obtain pin entry and unit information.

Entrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.

The hotel location was very good, and there were restaurants and department stores nearby, so it was convenient. The 云姐 was also very kind. I will visit again next time.

Need to be able to call contact ahead of time (we chat best) to get door code. This is a homestay, more like a bed and breakfast. The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.

The carpark is not per day but per entry, and it was not indicated when we asked and the person that inform us is mentioned that to us that is per day. When you mentioned is per day it means that no matter how many time you in or out it will be counted as one time but now it end up to per entry. The room is not near the river view and the place is not big. The air-conditioning for the living room is not cold and the window unable to close.

The hotel feels like a homestay. It feels like home. The rooms are large and have two floors. There are two toilets, but the location of the shower is deducted a little. The door of the toilet has been in disrepair for a long time and is very difficult to open and close. If too many people stay together, you have to wait in line to take a shower first, but overall it is OK

The room is clean and tidy, with free mineral water. The location is also very good. It is on the most lively Pozi Street in Changsha. Wenheyou is opposite the downstairs and Taiping Old Street is on the side. It is convenient to any surrounding attractions.

Hotel check-in must use WeChat contact staff to obtain the room number and door lock password, then in WeChat check-in process, to the room to take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 5th floor, the 5th floor escalator, then turn to the elevator to reach the room, a bit peak turn.
