Nice room and good service, just breakfast need more improvement

A brand new hotel, only opened three days before we arrived. Customer Service was excellent and fitting for the Hilton brand.

I always choose Hampton by Hilton because the breakfast is of high quality, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, it is quiet, clean and of high quality, and it also provides self-service laundry. A few more sets of washing machines can be added. The barbecue recommended by the handsome guy at the front desk is great! I will come here to eat at this food stall again next month! I hope to get a free upgrade and a small gift next time I come

So I discussed with my family on May Day and decided to take the children out to relax. I continued to choose this hotel without hesitation, and I was willing to pay the higher price. 2. Maybe the weather was too hot or the food was not good, the child vomited on the hotel carpet at night. Although I cleaned it up by myself, I took the initiative to explain the situation to the front desk when I checked out, and agreed that if I need to pay the cleaning fee, I should contact me by phone or WeChat. In the end, the hotel did not ask me for the cleaning fee😅 3. I received a call from the hotel half an hour after checking out. I thought I needed to pay the cleaning fee, but it turned out that the child's toys fell in the room. It is really heartwarming to be able to take the initiative to inform in time when picking up the inconspicuous things left by the guests! 4. All the hotels I stayed in would actively ask me to give good reviews, but this hotel is the only one I met that did not ask for it. I don't like comments, but I manually typed so many words, which are all affirmations of Hilton's warm and sincere service! I forgot to take pictures in the room, so I'll just take a look. If I go there next time, I will choose here again!
