The owner was drunk and racist he gave my room to Australians they opened my door and because of the mixup of rooms I had to give up my room to them he apologized to them and didn’t apologize to me even after the Australian guy said you should apologize to this guy we inconvenienced him the Chinese guy refused and walked away because I am black

已經是第二次入住這家了，這家位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門口有24h便利店，出門就是會展中心的輕軌站，距離摩天活力城也就一公里的路程，門口有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，老闆服務熱情，主動，效率高，周到，專業很不錯，半夜十二點才到店讓老闆多送一次性牙刷也很快就送來了，在入住前老闆提前詢問入住人數，得知出行四人時給預留了一個超大的房間，應該比我當時預訂的大很多，還附有麻將機，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒服，出水快，水温好洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便。房間整潔，乾淨衞生，老闆親切，服務好，動作麻利，周到。點外賣之類的也非常方便，能直接送到房間門口，非常好，強力推薦!

想住這個店的看過來，就不知道怎麼會有這種民宿，裝修破爛，衞生不行，這些還不至於我給出1星，我一進門就看到牆上掛着3個畫框，裏面裝的是**圖片，我定的還是家庭房，在家庭房裡放這些東西你們惡不噁心？被子上還有不明血跡，看個電視遙控器沒電池，廁所門較為透明，我能找出的優點恐怕衹有臨地鐵了，這絕對是我住過最差的民宿

除了地理位置有優勢，其它都太差了。客服可牛了，不等説完話就掛電話，房間設施陳舊，臟亂差，帶孩子住的，體驗感非常不好。我還介紹了一起出行的兩個家庭一起住，真是讓我想當內疚了！長春城市不錯，景色美，這個公寓地理位置好，除了位置好，沒有別的優勢。
