酒店停車方便，前台小齊先生服務好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，贈送了早餐，用餐時間很長，太適合我這種愛睡懶覺的人了。入住過程中不小心碰碎了一個杯子，跟酒店説，前台黃色長髮的女孩不止沒有要求賠償，還立刻主動關切的問我有沒有碰傷手，説衹要沒受傷就好。很不錯的酒店，服務真的太好了，會經常選擇入住的。

晚上入住，前台很小，就一個小姑娘，辦理入住比較慢，還找不到手機，無法記錄開票訊息，很不職業。
我不知道酒店是怎麼評上 5 星的，大冷天，酒店大堂居然沒開空調，應該説整個酒店就基本沒開暖氣，室內温度在 5～10 度左右，室內空調需要用手持遙控器打開空調設定温度，但貌似沒啥用，開了一晚還是不暖。我偶爾能猜到一兩塊稍微熱點的瓷磚，應該是地暖開得特別小。
房間很小，設備很老，冰箱是空的。窗簾是直接釘死的，無法開窗，也就是無法移動，相當於沒窗。
我早上洗澡的時候，水温是正弦波動的，在 10℃～50℃ 之間波動，我也不知道為什麼這麼不穩定，因為我沒開其他任何水龍頭，除非酒店的供水房間間是串聯的。
早上 11 點左右在酒店大堂咖啡廳，沒有服務員，我穿了羽絨服也還是有點冷，就是沒開暖氣。衹能走到 700 米遠的商場去星巴克喝咖啡，取暖。
第一次住到這樣品質的五星級酒店，也算是體驗吧。大家儘量避坑，除非是預算實在有限。極不推薦！！！
